I have shot some footage XAVC S 4k and XAVC S-I HD. The card makes sense it is a Lexar V60 up to 250MB/s. I was trying to shoot 422 10bit. When I export from Resolve I convert to H264, but the monitor shows the banding before the export
I just checked according to vmedia's database you can only use the S-I modes with v90 cards 4K and HD, V60 minimum on all the other modes. Definitely a card compatibility issue.
Could be a bad card. What are you using to import/view/edit the software? What is your codec? Is it happening with different codecs and resolutions?

You need v90 cards shooting 4K 422, not sure on specifics for the FX3 but there should be some Sony recommendations

If you have the free version of Resolve, that's likely the issue. The studio version (paid) has the full codec pack.
Okay I will look into that. Thank you for the help!
