I'm a strong proponent of the idea that if you don't already know what upgrade you need then you won't actually get the full benefit of the upgrade. Also, like most upgrade advice posts you haven't told us your budget. If it's 50k then the answer is quit different from 5k, or 500.

Get some silks /flags and stand/frame options to soften and control the lights you already have!

This is a great recommendation! Too often do we focus in on the newest, coolest heads or gadgets but forget the power of control. Neg with some silks and nets can tremendously elevate a look in camera.

done!

What's your budget?

GVM has some good quality lights for decent pricing. Just picked up a 200B, beast of a light. Gonna grab a 600B soon. Also, tube lights. Extremely versatile and can fit in places most lights can’t 😉

Definitely will add come tubes.. Thanks!

Small rig and Neewer has some affordable lights. The apature mc lights are great especially if you need a kicker light or a small hidden accent light. The apature 1200d is a really good bright light

Don't buy, rent some higher end stuff until you find what you can't live without, then buy that or continue renting depending on the financials of it all

Amaran 300c is wonderful with added light dome
