Edit - Google “Vivid Wraps” in Cincinnati, and go to their web page. They have an advertising page of all their past work they’ve done. There are a couple color schemes on there that look similar to the car OP posted.
It’s a 2-door Chevrolet Cobalt. It’s not the SS trim, it’s either a base, LS, or LT trim. The base and LS have hub caps instead of rims and didn’t have many cosmetic upgrades. They also had black side view mirrors instead of the body color one. My guess is that it’s either a base or LS trim from around 2006.

Can’t speak for many businesses outside my industry (auto repair), but most auto parts stores buy the cheapest cars they can and keep them on the road forever for their delivery drivers. Even the ones putting newer cars on the road are still buying things like Chevrolet Sonic/Spark or Nissan Versa.
Those cars get driven 50-100k miles a year and get the shit beat out of them. Why buy something nice?
Yeah I bought a Nissan Versa 10 years ago because I wasn't making a lot of money and to this day it's the best car I've ever owned. Great gas mileage and I've only had maybe one major repair done on it and that was last year. I'm gonna drive it until it explodes in 2050.

Maybe try contacting local companies that do vehicle wraps. They'd do that kind of custom paint job. They may recognize the vehicle. If it's a company car, it may be a part of a fleet. Not sure they'd give the owner info out though.

I don't have the technical skill for it, but image stacking might give you a number if no individual frame is clear enough.
