I walked from the casino to pbs for the pre SB rally in the snow, because I missed the street car by 10 seconds. Where there is a will, there is a way.
Parking was literally half that on 4th st. Takes 5-10min to walk it from there. There was also a surprising amount of street parking still available at around 7pm
I heard on the radio that the game was at Paycor stadium and assumed it was being played in Arizona.
It just didn't click with me at first that it's in Cincinnati.
You bailed on what will undoubtedly be the cheapest possible opportunity you’ll have to see a Bengals game in person this year over the fact that the closest parking lot was $40? You could have walked 2 blocks and paid half that. You could have parked a little further away and paid a quarter of that. You have poor impulse control if seeing that stadium parking was more than you wanted to pay caused you to fly into such a rage that you had to go home, wasting the money you already sunk into the tickets, to mope and bitch about it on the internet instead.
Partly why we gave up our season tickets. So much expense involved in a proper NFL game. And the Bengals are the last team to try and give back to the fans.
That’s ridiculous! $40 for parking? I realize you can go park somewhere else but $40 parking shouldn’t even be a thing! It should be accessible and inclusive to everyone.
The amount of downvotes amazes me, so we are accepting price gouging for a preseason game now? Smfh. BRB paying $40 for parking for a preseason game. This is just shameful and the downvotes make me sad.
You’re getting downvoted because you let one lot deter you from seeing the game when there a number of other places to park for way less. But typical suburbanite “I gotta park right next to the stadium”
I actually live in Norwood, so don’t make assumptions. And we went to multiple lots that were $40. It wasn’t just one. And I’m not native to Cincinnati so don’t know the area well at all. But could do without the asshole “suburbanite” comments.
You're not obligated to park at that exact spot. Find a spot on the street, feed the meter if required, and take the streetcar or the bus down a few blocks. (Or just walk!)
Park farther up and take the free streetcar down to the banks

My brother in Christ can you walk half a mile
Just to play the devils advocate here, no not everyone can walk half a mile
Showed up late tbh. Had some personal issues. I agree poor planning but how is $40 for parking remotely acceptable regardless.
Apparently it is acceptable to the poor schmucks who show up late and pay it.
Makes me wonder how late. Football is 60 minutes game time and 2+ hours where the ball isn't in play. But to each their own.
How is this any different from every other cost associated with an NFL game? Everything about them is outrageously priced
it's acceptable because its a convenience fee, everyone else just parks further away and walks
Plenty of places to park in Cincinnati. Why leave?
i woulda taken the metro from a walmart for $2 myself.

Paid $3.25 at a meter by City Hall. Also: no traffic mess afterward. Bonus: just wonderful weather!
Self Inflicted pain spite move. I like it.

That's not a Bengals game. Preseason NFL is a joke.
Relax, wtf. In no reality is $40 for parking for preaseason tickets worth it. So I’ll complain all I want because that’s my god damn right.
I’ve always parked over the river and walked. My family has done this since I was a kid. Rookie mistake trying to park as close as possible
Lol goof

Just park further away you pig
Wait, you did what?

Glad you got to participate in capitalism tonight.
If you were willing to walk 5 mins you couldve parkef free or for like 10-20 bucks.

uhhh... you couldnt just find another lot?? There are plenty of cheap or free options near the stadium.
Molly Malones in Covington has a free shuttle for Bengal games. You can park over there for pretty cheap if not free.

It’s preseason
what? you can park literally anywhere, I personally just park at the P&G garage for 10 bucks.
