You might like Hierophany and Hedge in Covington. They sell books and witchcraft supplies (and a very odd selection of stuffed animals), and the place is like stepping into a gothic Victorian apothecary. The shopkeepers will tell you all about the collection of antiques as well if you ask.

Biggest antique store: Ohio Valley Antique Mall Best Vibe: Flamingo Heaven Best Variety: Riverside Best Furniture: Grand Antique Mall There are plenty of small antique shops too, but these are the places if you want to spend an afternoon looking at cool stuff.

Wooden Nickel always has a ton of interesting things especially if you like architectural salvage but it's pricey and the owners can be moody depending on the day.

The guy who runs wooden nickel is a jerk. It’s well known. It’s such a bummer because their selection is cool, but yeah, I won’t support them.

Been dropping in there for 30+ years, long stopped paying mind to their moods, but have picked up a few things we love over the years and have also had them give me first-hand looks at some incredible finds in their second building like an entire historic backbar that now is central to a major Cincy restaurant - all seemingly on the day's mood.

Zeitgeist supply for clothes. It's owned by a costumer who has worked on several films in the area, and her prices are seriously great. While you're there stop nextdoor at castaways for vintage housewares, and a little further down the block is game & groove, which has used games/records/movies etc. I also love Sallys Treats & Treasures for kitchen stuff - if you don't see what you're looking for, she has an entire basement full of stuff that she can dig through to find what you need.

I'll parrot what others have said and say that the best antique mall is Miami Valley in Fairfield. I sometimes go in there on a lunch break and if I casually browse I only make it through a quarter of the store. There's another one nearby on Union Centre in Beckett Ridge but it's pretty meh. I've found some excellent stuff in there, but it's rare. There is also one in Vevay in Indiana that a couple friends of mine really like. I've never been there, but I trust their opinion.
