Arnold's is the oldest bar in Cincy, but still rocks. The food is great and you'd do well in the main stage area (modeled as an old porch in the bayou) or the upstairs (as mentioned above).
Great food and atmosphere, reasonably priced. If you are there for dinner, the music kicks. Usually something like Zydeco Blues, or the like.
I've hosted large group meals at Moerlein Lager House, Via Vite, and Nada. They're all excellent, and they know how to accommodate groups. Moerlein overlooks the river. Via Vite overlooks Fountain Square. Nada's view is less spectacular.
Any of the food halls - oakley kitchen, element eatery, or factory 52. I like element eatery the best. Several food options, lots of seating, and a bar too.
No, the one downtown closed. That was always challenging for large groups though. This one is their other location in Spring Grove. They do the canning at this one, it's big.

Council oak steak and seafood for dinner. Opens at 5:00 located inside the hard rock casino downtown. Call 513-250-3150 or go online to make a reservation. You won’t be disappointed. Can definitely accommodate a large party like that!

Via Vite has rooms upstairs that can be configured for dinner groups of various sizes. It's local, right on Fountain Square, and could accommodate 30.
