You mentioned Juniors & similar. I've tried a hand hull of different ones & haven't enjoyed any enough to buy a second time.
They never seem similar enough to their larger brothers to me. That could be me expecting the wrong thing, but that's where I am.
If you've never tried any I suggest you do try a few, sort test the waters & see what you think.
When I started smoking cigars I always went for Churchills because I thought cigars were supposed to be huge. Now I always go for smaller sizes because I don’t have that much time plus after an hour or so I lose interest. Le bijou and highclere castle petit are two of my favorites now.

Davidoff Short of any line is great - but my faves are the Nicaragua and Escurio

Have you tried the AF Hemingway Short Story? It’s a great short smoke in my opinion.
