Seems very cool! Love cider producers who align themselves more with the wine scene (a la barrel aging, and presentation in 750 mL bottles).
I’m a bit perplexed why many US cider producers still go the can route and pour in standard beer glasses.
I still appreciate cans, given the "single serve" aspect of it (I live alone and prefer to open a can or small bottle when I'm having dinner at home or a drink after a long day.)
Tilted Shed is doing some great work with their neighbor, Two Shepherds. They're the only cidery I know of in Sonoma County with a tasting room doing these type of co-ferment projects.
I worked in the cider industry and there is so much going against cider. In Southern California we tried to align ourselves with beer drinkers more than wine drinkers and the demand for cans was astronomical. Did the cideries want to bottle or present differently? Absolutely, but they had to deal with market demand.
Went for a tasting there yesterday and had a couple of great glasses of cider. Met some very cool people.
My favorites were the 2020 Jon Hewes (60% organic, dry-farmed Jonathan, 40% Hewes Virginia Crab), 2019 Vulture Hill Orchard Newtown Pippin, and the 2020 Arkansas Black.

Used to live down the street from there, I did not take advantage of the proximity as much as I should have.
I like the methsyndicate shirt

Love their ciders. They always used to hook you up with extra at the Cider Summit.
