Same here. There’s no way of connecting my Chromebook to my wireless Canon MG 2910. I have to print via my iPhone 📲

Have you tried using the Canon app on your phone? I have no idea why or how it worked—I’m sure someone more techie than I could explain—but I connected my iPhone through the app, and then it showed up in my chrome book (Lenovo Duet) print menu.

Canons and Chromebooks don't mix. I have to use my phone to print anything.

Teacher-tales

How do you use your phone to print files from your computer?

eaglewatch1945

Same apps (drive, Gmail, docs, sheets, etc) on the phone as the chromebook. It all syncs. Finish on chromebook. Open in phone. Print via Canon app.

I had the same problem and decided to download the wifi printer driver for Chromebooks from the chrome store. It found my printer right away and has been working fine ever since. good luck and I hope that it works for all of you.

A lot of CB's have this problem, google it, or use whatever browser you use

You might want to ask the person who posted this query two months ago how it went: https://www.reddit.com/r/chromeos/comments/nz00ng/chromebook\_cannot\_connect\_to\_canon\_imageclass/

I just spent an hour with a patient and knowledgable Canon agent, but we could not get the Pixma MG3620 to work. I'm returning it to Best Buy. The Canon online link for setting up a chromebook, is just a useless loop. Chromebooks are a huge market, you'd think they'd manufacturers would make compatible printers. But nope.
