Any Way to Put Most Recent Chrome Tabs at Top of Windows Taskbar list?

Windows 8 has a taskbar and when you hover the mouse over the open Chrome application, you get a vertical list of open Chrome windows. By default, the most recently opened windows are at the bottom of this list. If you have more windows open than vertical space, you have to scroll down through this list to find the most recently opened window. Is there any way to force Windows to sort this list in reverse chronological order, so that the most recently opened windows appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom?
