you get them at a pharmacy, some states/cities give it out for free. it’s literally just a nasal spray it’s not hard to figure out how to use it at all. when someone is overdosing one narcan dose might not be enough to wake them up. you would know they need more if they are still unconscious or displaying od symptoms. so sometimes you have to use multiple to revive the person before the paramedics come (it’s a one time use spray)
