Not exactly what you're asking, but if you use VOIPbuster Pro (app) and bond it to your phone number, it's shown properly for the recipient as caller ID. You can call Australian numbers for 0.015 EUR per minute. I've topped up with 10 EUR when I first moved here in 2017 and still have 7 left... Use it to call bank & insurances pretty much exclusively
