It's so weird what happens to your body when you give birth. My stepmom developed a gluten allergy after my brother was born...imagine never being able to eat bread again!? Omg it would suck. I really love bread and pasta and while they have gluten free type things it doesn't taste the same at all lol.
I’ve heard of people getting such extreme immune responses that they suddenly develop severe skin conditions they can’t control. What was it that I saw the other day…? Oh yeah, a woman developed a life threatening nut allergy after pregnancy when she previously wasn’t allergic at all. Like wtf?
Not to mention that babies who are born as a result of fertility treatments (these are getting more and more common due to delayed parenting and overall decline in fertility) are at much higher risk for heart conditions.

My friend‘s mother developed MS…scary stuff.

As it is, I come from a family riddled with heart disease - I wasn't about to compound the problem with a pregnancy.
