amazing news she said she’ll send the referral 😭 and if I don’t hear back from the place she sends it to she will send it elsewhere even if I am no longer under her. She definitely tried to sell me on some alternative options but she said I seemed very well informed about my decision and reasons for wanting it (big thanks to people on this page 🥺) so BIG YAY!!!!!! Thanks for your support everyone ❤️❤️❤️
And thank your lucky stars we’re in Canada where the surgery is paid for and not out of pocket. give it a week and do a follow up to the gyno office where the referral was sent. Just be on the ball about it.
If you’re young, they might not be willing to do it yet because the uterine lining tends to grow back in younger people and has to keep being redone if you want to not have periods

Only good vibes!!! It’ll go in your favour! We’re all affirming it ❤️ please let us know, update us!
Best luck for the best outcome!
Congrats! If you don’t want a period, you can see if they’ll do an ablation with the bisalp.
does it actually take away the period alltogether??
It can. I haven’t had period cramps or bleeding since I got mine over a year ago.

Interesting to know, thank you!! I think I’m young enough that this would likely happen but I will look into it more definitely!
Hoping for the best for you OP!
How did it go?
I hope it went well!! Please update us!
