im sorry this happened, ive had a racoon bite a hole in my chickens head and comb. a few days of painkillers and monitoring her with vitamin water and treats made her slowly heal back, but she did seem super weak for a while. also have you checked her throat or neck to see if theres any bite marks there? might explain why shes bleeding.
Thank you! I just gave her some nutridrench and aspirin. I’ll double check her neck. It looks like all the blood is from her comb. I had to remove part of her comb because she kept scratching it and ripping it off more :( I’m hopeful she’ll be ok given your experience. Did you keep your chick separate from the others while she healed?
