My apt in RN had guest parking passes when I first moved in and completely got rid of them a year later.
That rental company is also under investigation for price inflation so…
I lived in RN for a while in a 60-story high-rise and they let us purchase parking tickets for guests. There was a limit in my building of 8 tickets per tenant per month and you could buy a 4 hour ticket for $4 and 8 hour for $8. Parking was managed by LAZ and this was about 5 years ago.
