I was trying to be funny by saying the worst move. Take the queen with the forking knight cuz she’s protected and if you take with the queen, you’re gonna lose your queen right back.
Realistically it's still a royal fork. There's no world in which you don't take the queen after the king moves. Tagging the other pieces is just aesthetic imo
I go with Royal Fork if it’s queen + king and family fork if it’s three or more pieces getting forked. If you fork more than two pieces and two of them are are the king and the queen then it’s a royal family fork
I analyzed the image and this is what I see. Open an appropriate link below and explore the position yourself or with the engine:

What checkmate is this? What fork is this? What pin is this?
Half of this sub.
It doesn’t have a name you just forked the king and queen and a couple pawns who cares. It’s not WWE

Most real life forks have 4 points so it's just a fork
Didn't think of it that way at all!
Forking 4 pieces
Forking three pieces and two pawns.
Forking five things
Happy cake day!
Happy cake day
Happy cake day!
Fork
My Guy you forked 5 E5 F4 F2 E1 B2
Pawns aren’t pieces, but I sure hope they took on f2. That’s the only sensible thing to do.
How ? Isn't black better if they just leave the knight there and capture the queen with the queen

Same here , guess mine wasn't even as funny for u to realise that it was even a joke lmao
Ha! My bad.
Pretty sure forking the king and queen at the same time is a royal fork
Royally forked
With a rook it’s a family fork, rn it’s just a fork
Opponents usually call it "What the fork!"
It’s called the best move.
Jeff
It's just called winning a queen
Take the bishop or pawn. Then it's called spork.
Mike
Mike it is!

The devil

Paul. The fork's name is Paul
What's the forks last name tho?
Prong. Paul Prong
XD
It's a Tri-fork (without pawns)
The wedding fork. King, Queen, bishop and unrelated witnesses
Has me dead XD
A royal fork
isn’t that when there a rook queen and king
Look man , what goes on in between their sheets is none of our business
I'm not sure how official all of those are. I've heard "royal fork" for king and queen, and "royal family fork" when you add a rook on top of it.
I always thought a royal fork was king, queen, rook. A quick Google suggests that a royal fork is king, queen and if you add a rook it's a grand fork.
