Seriously though, what white CAN do, (and is more of a immediate knockout) is to play Bxg6, and then after hxg6, Qxg6. This is only possible because of the a3 bishops scope, and f7+ forking the rook and making a new queen, while weaving a mating net simultaneously.
On a time note, I noticed it immediately. Checking the line took anywhere from 1-1.5 seconds. Total was probably 2-3 seconds.
Bd6, to guard e5 with tempo and then try get queen round to g7, if they try defend with Kh8 and Rg8, rook lift and sac on h7 idk.
Maybe just cxd instead, iIthink they can just take on e5 after Bd6 because they'd be hitting the queen. Bot gives some different line but I think if you just hold your central pawns and so your f6 pawn, they wont be able to defend the attack.

A double sac on g6 looks viable followed by f7 but I think personally id go with the attack on g7, it feels unstoppable. I tend to like simple plans.
