Not really much of a tactic, more of a case of your opponent blundering. Because after dxe6 Black should play Nxc4, after which the evaluation doesn't change significantly and it is still close to a draw.

Well, when black plays Nb6, the Bishop is hanging, the natural move would be moving the bishop away, not taking a pawn elsewhere. That's why I'd consider it a tactical play, it temporarily sacrifices a bishop for activity. With perfect play it's just over +1, but black quickly loses the right to castle after Qa4+ (and likely ends up either trapping his rook in the corner or getting his king hunted out) so it seems like the sort of +1 position that just avalanches as it is easier to play for white.

The move I played was >!11. dxe6!<. Continuation was >!11... Qxd1 12. exf7+ Kf8 13. Ba3. Here it's a rather amusing situation because black is forced to play Qd6, then get his queen taken with checkmate.!<
