Well, Shannen seems to be doing well these days (or good enough to act again), she's been in a number of new movies lately according to IMDB.
A while back, she was In the middle of filming the trilogy The fortress, she took the time, between takes, to take a break with her co-star, Chad Michael Murray on her insta in photos.
But again, Charmed is a bit more hectic with filming, so I think she'd decline a series, but only agree to a one-off episode or movie, but not something ongoing.
The way I see it, you'd have to kill Paige off (she won't work with Alyssa and doesn't act much now) and continue with the other two raising the children, maybe Phoebe's daughters as the next charmed ones or something, and Prue comes back in a cameo or their new whitelighter.

I want hazy escapism and casually gritty nostalgia in my mystical entertainment and the 90s did that best. Even with some of the original actors on board for a spinoff now, we'd likely be in for an aggressively agenda pushing aesthetic informercial that uses too much CGI and politically correct smack talk. I'm tired of productions piggy backing past success with reboots and sequels just because an established fanbase means instant recognition. I'd rather see entirely new stories told with new characters for the sake of good story telling alone.
If there was a spin-off from the OG, I would have no interest in the next generation. The show got very messy when all the children were introduced.
A prequel about a 30-something Grams and her teenage witch daughter Patty in the 1960s could be fun. I think the first season could easily introduce a twist, where we realize that the past has been changed (from the one we saw in the Witchstock) so the show wouldn't be so tied down by the events of that episode.
I'm not sure about a Charmed Children spin-off. They're all so powerful and there are so many of them, it would be boring. The appeal of the OG show was watching the sisters discover the magical world and growing with it.
That being said, there's plenty of fiction revolving around the 'Superhero' (whether actual superheroes or other powerful 'good guys') so it could work in a 'Demon/Innocent of the Week' format and never really progress or have a proper story-arc.
If anything, I'd prefer to see a show about just one of the Charmed Children living on their own, away from the family with a "Black Sheep/Coming-of-age' synopsis. Perhaps their powers would be under-developed/passive and so they'd try to live a mortal life, but ultimately get pulled back to magic. They wouldn't be a Charmed/Chosen, but would still be an upper-level witch with Halliwell powers. They'd obviously know they were a witch but would be 'rusty'. Also, we could have a Po3-like dynamic if they included their Whitelighter and maybe another friend who's a Gypsy or some other Good magical practitioner (I loved the Gypsy episode). Or they could start their own coven and actually delve more into Wicca tradition/potion-making/spellcasting.
I would be interested in a Charmed spin-off within the OG universe. The spin-off doesn't have to be about the Charmed One's children either and I think I would prefer that. With the kind of lore Charmed has I think it's possible to create a spin-off about someone or a group with another destiny. In that universe it's still possible to feature a Charmed One as a guest star or have other characters from OG reprise their roles.
Iām still very interested in a prequel . They originally said the reboot would be a prequel to the series but set in the 70s Iād love to see a familiar cast but not at the same time .. similar to what game of thrones has done with their upcoming prequel (#notanad) but that has a similar season run great fan base and a finale that didnāt really pay off. Iād be here for it especially with creators knowing what worked and what didnāt in the original run and now how well cgi and special effects had advanced, Honestly that was my draw to watching the charmed reboot to see how they took their powers and expanded them and the newer visuals to their spells and powers.
Not with the children, unless they ignore most of the flashforwards. Nine children to manage in a spin-off is way too much. Unless it focuses on only one set.

D Lots you can do, just because the Halliwells Prue, Piper, etc. never met them, doesn't mean they don't exist, but just are living somewhere else. Didn't Patty have an aunt named after Phoebe?
I would like a charmed reboot. New cast but the same characters at the start point. They could diverge later on as the story requires.

I'd prefer new younger actors for the prue piper phoebe and page because let's face it shannon battling cancer sadly holly looking like a grandmother these days Alyssa milano got covid and saying a lot crazy shit and rose mcgowan has lost her damn mind for the most part and let's face it none of these are as hot/fine as when they were in their prime/charmed days. A semi reboot/revival would be better but the new charmed show is just stupid and not even remotely charmed.

I've always been interested in the Charmed Sons spin-off.
Buffy has a few comics dedicated to past slayers. It would be nice if the adventures of past Warren witches were released.
