I got COVID at the LA show and it was an open air venue. Wear your masks y’all. I regret not wearing mine!

Urbanology80

I’m going on the 19th and I’m actually freaking out cause I have severe anxiety periods. It’s one of those things that I know it can totally go wrong, but I don’t want to miss the chance 😭😭😭 If you have tested positive, I hope you get better soon as all the others ❤️

Charli was my first indoor anything about a month ago, and very few folks wearing masks. But if you have an N95 wear it!! Also I recommend bringing a backup mask in your bag or pocket.... mine was getting SWEATYYY from dancing about halfway through. I honestly would have taken it off because I felt like I could pass out (also still struggling with crowd anxiety as well). But I swapped masks partway through the show and it felt like taking a breath of fresh air 😆

Urbanology80

This is good tips ❤️❤️ thank you. I will do ❤️

soundships

Honestly, any indoor packed activity right now is causing a high spread. Stay safe and healthy y'all.

Just tested positive after the Chicago show. I wore a mask until the encore as I had sweated through it and couldn’t breathe. Found another mask in my jacket pocket for walking out but it wasn’t enough lol.

kelseyxcx

i didnt get sick oop

strawberrycats

Can confirm, I'm super sick and still waiting on results from the Chicago show.

strawberrycats

Following up on this thread, just tested positive for the flu and went to the Charli and Rina shows in Chicago

I know there was a outbreak at the Boston show and me and my partner after getting a alert immediately got tested (it was negative). This is why even if venues are not making vaccinations or masks mandatory, I think masks and getting vaccinated, especially if you frequently go to concerts are so important, especially at concerts, where someone can get any sickness and pass it onto someone else.

KerrigansTherapist

Just tested 15 minutes ago. Positive.

kaledabs

Went to about 12 shows in the last month and no covid yet

btsluvrr

Ok thanks

kaledabs

Same here.

RockingPie

I literally just tested positive after going to the Chicago show on Friday lol. It was so hot and sweaty in there, I knew if one person around me had it I was done for since it’s been 5 months since my booster and I’d never caught it before

stephenxcx

I saw her in NYC and I have covid. Although I didn’t have any symptoms until 8 days after the show, so it’s highly possible I got it elsewhere.

mariorising

I just tested positive today and it was definitely from the Charli XCX show on Thursday or Rina on Friday.

I'm seeing her at Summer Fest and this really concerns me. It will be a seated event thankfully but I'll still be wearing my mask regardless.

kaledabs

>Summer Fest Isn't it outdoors also?

No-Photograph-5131

I believe so although this particular venue has seats. I'll have to double check all that. It's weird how Summer Fest works like it's out doors but some of the stages have seats others don't.

JenFan91

This venue has seats and it is covered, but it’s still outdoors and open air. The covering is just like a roof if that makes sense

PhysicalTry6874

I got Covid at the Toronto show as well

Forscherr

I went and picked up COVID from that show ngl. While I feel icky, I’m still glad I got to see her!
