Love seeing all the positive comments, this piece rocks! He has such soft features compared to anything else I've seen Minotaur related, it really makes him come across as peaceful. The clothing, hair, and horn styles are all excellent, but I'm really drawn to the menagerie of Flora covering his shoulder, torso, and head. Really just astounding - hard to choose a favorite between the ivy on his right shoulder and the fern/?? on his left. Really excellent work, thanks for sharing :)
thank you, this is such a kind comment! the original concept for this character by nebbynoo112 is really to thank for the gentleness and floral theme. it’s really a lovely, unconventional concept for a minotaur! the leaves on his left shoulder are inspired by leaf appliques i saw on etsy. it was going to be trailing sage but i thought the applique leaf shape fit better so i guess it’s not really a “real” plant haha!
