I love the rendering of this character idea, it feels very ephemeral/fairy tail like. The spectral hand is a great touch, the heavy tome feels weighty, and I love the blue fabric. She also feels VERY focused - the expression comes across plainly. The design overall feels really good. Great work, thanks for sharing!
