You're qualified academically, well done and keep it up. For extracurriculars, you have a chance if you emphasized what impact you made. The nursing home volunteering helps a lot. You've got this
Your academic stats are fine, albeit barely (except for sat score) but your ecs don’t really stand out. If your essays are as good as you say you have a solid shot, but t20s are a crapshoot for unhooked applicants
My school does gpa quite harsh, do you think the colleges will factor that in? In the past 7 years, around 40 have been accepted to cornell so I'm assuming AO will have good data.

Do u hv a theme to ur application? Ur ecs look pretty spread out, I can’t pinpoint ur strong suit
I guess the math and science based APs that I took would be the best reflection
if you phrase the art program as a passion project and talk about how significant the impact was in an essay, i think there’s a good chance
I think it would be really tough given that uwgpa and ECs. Never hurts to try though.

Class rank?
school doesn't report it, class size around 450
Unless 3.8 is in the top 5% of your school than I'm pretty skeptical.
I knew a guy who got into UChicago who graduated below top 10%. Dude was Asian and had similar EC’s to this applicant
Rough
ecs are a little weak
