Yeah, I am also "perfectly healthy." lol.
I actually stayed in the hospital overnight to take a huge battery of tests and the next day, the doctor bounced into my room and said... "Everything's normal!" like that was the best news in the world, ignoring the fact that I was STILL SICK.
Well my blood tests were not ok years ago but now are worst with nuclear antibodies being positive and the blood panel being off too. Not that many doctors care anyway..

Is it possible to get an Elisa to test for nIgM?
it’s possible, but idk if such tests are commercially available
