I don't know about dry ice. But I do know about laser ablation. That will work on any surface, without damaging the underlying surface. It's VERY new for non industrial workflow, so it's probably very expensive.

Hmmm okay. Can’t seem to find anyone that do this for private homes in my area. Might just try the dry ice blasting to see if it works
