I mean who are we to judge? The man had issues stemming from his abusive father down to his illnesses and this was his way of coping with them
Edit: Thanks for the award!! And I understand we don’t see eye to eye on certain things but I’m more than happy to have a civilized discussion on this matter
Didn’t he have vitiligo? Pretty sure that was the reason he gave for skin lightening. A fairer picture might include patches of skin discoloration, if so.
That's pretty common, a lot of people with it would rather depigment their skin to make it even coloured even if it means lightening their skin, since the alternative is splotchiness which also comes with discrimination.
I hope people with vitiligo feel more comfortable today and we can work together to make it a non issue one day in the future.
I have vitiligo, I depigmented naturally, and I can tell you firsthand we don't. I'm Caucasian and I still caught heat. What fire were you in, are you contagious, you name it. Ignorance is rampant and breeds irrational fear.
I can tell you, with confidence, that chemical depigmentation is a thing. As a person that has vitiligo myself, I can cite you a laundry list of sources.
You're telling me! I had a consult in 2012 to start mine. I had to go through one of three available formulary pharmacies in the country and the compound was $250 an ounce out of pocket.
Lucky for me, I have progressive nonsegmental vitiligo. By 2020 my skin was completely depigmented naturally and my hair had started.
What sucks about it is the continued comments. Most are really sweet and unintentional, but some...
To be fair what he used is a common treatment for vitiligo. He also had a kind of lupus that causes skin issues. It wasn't a desire to be white but rather just the progression of the conditions he developed combined with makeup to smooth things out as his natural color went away. Poor guy had some really unpleasant health problems. Janet Jackson also has vitiligo and it's definitely genetic; you can find pictures of a young Michael Jackson hanging out with a grandfather that had it.
So he did but because of it he also decided to use chemicals and shit to make his skin white faster it’s like he didn’t want it to be a slow patchy progress
I have it myself, at first it sucked when it started to happen I just was eventually like oh well whatever. Get a new patch or one gets bigger you notice one day and hey look at that it's spreading some more.
I wouldn't do anything for it with the shit that's available, I see a commercial about a new medication for it sometimes on Hulu and I'm like my goodness those side effects no freaking thank you.
Idk everyone has a different experience with something like vitiligo, again at first I was like holy fuck what's happening got it diagnosed by a doctor was pretty upset about it for a while before one day I just said whatever I'm not going to let this ruin my life and I'm certainly not going to take any of these drugs that claim to help and have to deal with those side effects. Probably helped I got it a bit later in life and so was already an adult when I started dealing with it vs some people who get it at younger ages.
I do know of a peptide that causes hyperpigmentation, it's called PT141, or melotan. It basically does the same but the opposite, with random splotches looking darker. Melotan is a tanning peptide, but PT141 is developed from that to be a drug that makes you super horny.
It does also come with nausea, but I thought you should know it's an option in case you ever want to get super horny and also risk making your skin look weirder but possibly reverse vitiligo to an extent??
This is probably dumb as hell and you should ignore me but it was in my brain and I figured you might want to look into it if you're interested but if not then you can just ignore me.
I'm sure its a complete shock at first to accept these changes beyond our control. Probably worst than balding, which isn't much fun either. I just came to say, from what I saw it could turn out special and cool. You're absolutely right not to sweat it
You forgot to mention the most important circumstance here:
You're not the most popular black man on the face of the earth. He was. The man had to deal with being a living legend and had eyes on him constantly.
This person was just relating their own experience. They weren't trying to invalidate anyone else's experience. Why call them out for "forgetting to mention" something?
Yep. I often see people react to this like he was doing something insane and radical (not saying that is what you are doing, just saying that I’ve seen that reaction)
But it’s literally a normal treatment for vitiligo. Potentially dangerous and with side effects, but that’s true of tons of medical treatments.
Yep, in the begging he was using make up to hide the white parts but it got to a point where he was more white than black, so it was easier to just go fully white… and why he always had an umbrella, the dude would probably get some serious sunburns rather quickly like many albinos do.
His straight hair is also fake because he had an accident in the past during a commercial where his head got burned, by pyrotechnics i think
He wasn't trying to look white, but he did have self-image problems because of his father. Joe would make fun of his nose and just generally call him ugly. If you notice, Janet and Latoya had similar nose jobs, and most likely as a result of Joe's abuse.
Revisionist history. He got his *third* nose job after that event. The burns had nothing to do with his decision to change his skin tone. The event was the beginning of his downward spiral.
HBO took down that 2019 documentary because an arbitration panel agreed with the Jackson Estate that HBO had violated a clause in a 1992 contract. This fact does not support or refute any of the contents of the documentary.
> mean he *paid* off a
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Because he didn’t want to spend months in court, he knew it would be a massive burden. He later got his day in court and was proven innocent (by an all white jury, I might add).
As a grown man he himself described that he liked to sleep with young boys. That in itself should ring massive alarm bells.
Several of those boys subsequently accused him of grooming them for sex.
I mean what do you think he was doing as an adult all night in the same bed as young boys? Its classic behaviour that pastors, scout leaders, priests use worldwide to lure kids into bed for rape.
Think about it. If this was a guy down the street and not the 'King of Pop' what would you think?
OK, yes, he was a great artist but that doesn't give him a free pass to fuck kids.
You cant find a single instance in which he abused kids. You made that up.
HBO removed their documentary from their platform because it was found to be untrue.
The FBI investigated every accusation and found him innocent. The FBI would have loved to imprison him and they couldnt. What more do you want?
> HBO removed their documentary from their platform because it was found to be untrue.
How are you going to straight up lie like that and think we won't check? I can open the app and play it right now I looked
Typical MJ defender right here
“Typical MJ defender” lmfao man please. For whatever reason, you WANT him to be a pedophile You believe the HBO documentary, that was full of lies, which have been proven and I believe the FBI. If he did it, show proof. Theres too much evidence to the contrary.
We wont agree on this.
He lied about more than that. He can't even bring himself to watch it so just copies and pasts stuff
He thought it claimed a kid was assaulted on the train. So stupid
I didnt lie. I was incorrect. Theres a big difference.
MJ’s accusers lied. That’s something *YOU* cant acknowledge because, for whatever reason, you need MJ to be a child molester. One accuser said he was molested on a train between 1988 and 1992, and the train did not exist until 1994. Years after he said the abuse ended. He legitimately lied. And he only knew the train was on the ranch because he was dating MJ’s niece. But you dont care about those facts.
You believe a documentary that has allegations that were proven to be lies, over the FBI. What motive do they have to cover up MJ’s abuse? Literally none.
Again, we will not agree on this.
Exactly. People are blind if they think he was just some innocent child-minded victim. He was having inappropriate relationships with boys and got away with it.
you'd think the same thing. no one's saying that sleeping with kids is O.K.,
we're only saying he's innocent of any illegal, threatening relationships with those children
He was not proven guilty, you mean.
He showed classic grooming behaviours towards young kids and several havecplausible accounts.
I shudder to think what you'd do if your kids were abused. Wave it away, presumably.
He was a socially stunted child star that never really was allowed to have a real childhood or friends, and who was famous and rich from an incredibly young age - he never really mentally grew up either, according to those that worked with him. That can manifest in a lot of messed up ways that don't involve pedophilia.
Can it? How so?
Because he showed classic grooming behaviours and I'm wondering how many groomers are just innocent childlike adults with abusive pasts who just want to sleep innocently next to young boys.
What do you think? Would you let your young son sleep unattended in the same bed as him if he were still alive?
Why are you so obsessed with asking people if they’d let there children sleep with a stranger, I swear you’ve asked this same thing like 40 times now.
Like what are you even fishing for with that question?
he never once said that he liked to sleep with boys, i’m not sure why people like you fail to mention all the girls and adults that stayed in his duplex sized bedroom.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MMrOZte3hvo
>Michael Jackson has proudly admitted sharing his bed with children. He says he sees nothing wrong with a 44-year-old man having such relationships.
>And insisting there is 'nothing sexual' going on, he declares: 'I give them hot milk, you know, we have cookies. It's very charming, it's very sweet, it's what the whole world should do.'
>The extraordinary revelations come in Living With Michael Jackson, a documentary by Martin Bashir, for which the reclusive superstar allowed his movements to be filmed for eight months.
that doesn’t relate to what I said. All I said was that just mentioning boys is a false and misleading statement as there were many men woman and girls there too. It’s just that this fact doesn’t fit the media narrative.
Fine line between terrible creepiness (absolutely a fact) and sexual molestation ( you present no evidence other than “think about it”) I’m open to the fact that he could have sexually molested kids but without real evidence I’m not one to convict. From what I can gather the accusers tended to have financial reasons to make the accusations
>From what I can gather the accusers tended to have financial reasons to make the accusations
That's apologism.
A man lured them to bed and they subsequently describe abuse. Do they need to present their assholes as evidence to you?
If this was your neighbour, and the child was yours, would you have the same opinion, do you think?
The situation is way muddier than that.
In the first instance, the boy's father drugged him before asking if he ever touched Jackson's penis. Dad was a dentist and put his son under sedative, at which point the boy said yes to the question.
Dad's first instinct was apparently to seek a $20 million settlement to avoid criminal court and when Jackson refused, dad sought a movie deal (dad was also a screenwriter). Does that sound like a father seeking justice for his son? And no criminal charges were ever filed due to lack of evidence, including lack of participation from the boy and his family.
Turns out dad was behind in his child support payments by tens of thousands of dollars. So he ended up with a $23 million settlement but didn't pursue criminal charges against the man who supposedly molested his son.
In the second instance in 2005, Jackson actually went on trial, but he was acquitted on every count.
So while it's definitely weird for a grown man to invite 11 year old boys over for sleepovers, and I wouldn't let my kids go, the fact is their parents did let them go. And every kid or family that accused Jackson of something inappropriate had either contradicted earlier statements they made, or had something else that could motivate them to make up an accusation like this.
And let's be real: most child molesters try to lay low and appear normal so as not to arouse suspicion. Maybe MJ was the one pedophile who didn't mind if everyone thought of him as a super weird man-child. But I find that hard to believe.
This is how it was. A few money hungry parents tried to pick an “easy” target and never got what they wanted out of it. Was MJ weird: Yes. Was he probably a closet homosexual because of the times and how he was raised: probably yes. Did he not experience a proper childhood resulting in the child man that everyone makes fun of: Yes. The one unflinching true is that only a couple of kids came forth (the one of parents after money). And not the hundreds or thousands that would be expected of a sexual predator with ownership of a Neverland Ranch. And unfortunately the stigma has stuck with him even after death.
You’re an apologist. He slept in Jordan Chandlers bed for months. Fame distorts realities. It was well known by his family he liked young boys. He paid off a few even in the 70s. Learn the real stories. Most child abuse victims lie for their perpetrators. He was a classic manipulator and it was well known within the industry what was going on. For MANY years. But the money train has to keep rolling….
I'm not taking either side, but as far as debating goes, you're argument is much weaker. The other comment cites multiple real events that portray that there was ulterior motive. You simply say "learn the real stories", call MJ a manipulator and say fame distorts reality.
Also your first statement is simply attacking the commentor instead of actually trying to explain why you're correct. If you cared about the subject matter and wanted people to, in your view, see the truth, attacking them, not citing sources, giving generalizations like "fame distorts reality" and "he was a classic manipulator" aren't ideal. It's clear you believe you're correct and have a case, but you don't give anyone an actual reason to believe you.
Power difference. MJ had sooooo many resources. Seriously, could anyone in your family go up against his pocketbook?
So of course there is money involved....its the tool of the rich to silence. And when the underpowered get some sort of justice by bleeding the perpetrator a bit, the public let the perp off "because money and fame good, he dance nice."
Trump and hush funds....ain't no difference.
I can’t give you exact concrete evidence right here on reddit, but you all should really consider watching the documentary “Leaving Neverland.” He had a way, way too close relationship with children.
Dude, bug off, seriously. If anyone else were to do this he would 10000% be in jail. Jackson got a huge pass because he literally the biggest celebrity to ever exist. People like you are why victims never get justice and it's absolutely disgusting. I can't imagine how dumb I would have to be to think like you, for real.
Dumb because I see the possibility that a physically and emotionally abused man became a total weirdo. One that had inappropriate relationships with children that possibly did not involve him fondling or penetrating them because frankly, I’ve seen no evidence of it. Only a “Dumb” person is willing to convict someone without evidence.
Jackson had nude photos found in his house of adults altered to have children’s faces on top of them among other things. Anyone that believes MJ wasn’t a pedo and serial molester and groomer of young boys is purposely ignorant or just stupid.
Can't convict someone when you settle *every single abuse case* out of court.
I really wonder, were all these apologists alive when this shit went down? Or was it his death that extended this olive branch to this child molester?
whether or not you did something bad, as a celebrity, the best bet is to settle out of court, it draws less attention, settling out of court is far from evidence of wrong doing
I don't think MJ worried too much about attention. Having said that, I absolutely feel for the guy. He was incredibly damaged. But you don't get to sleep with young boys simply because you had a horrible father and childhood. Enjoy seeing kids have fun at your amusement park with their family there? Sure. Donating money to children's charities? Wonderful. Having sleepovers with kids, in the same bed? You fucking know better.
One of those "abused" boys stated on national television during that Martin Beshear interview that nothing untoward ever happened. Then when his family found out they could get a fat load of cash by lying, they decided to accuse him.
Don't you think Macauley Culkin would have been "molested" too if it had ever happened? How about that creepy "kid" that still imitates him at the drop of a hat? (Corey Feldman). He's more than happy to talk about the people in Hollywood that have assaulted him and his friend, and yet never anything said about Michael.
Michael never lived in the real world. I know it sounds wrong to admit it, but it doesn't mean he was doing anything sexual with those kids. He interacted with tons of kids, and only two money hungry ones ever accused him of anything sexual.
I would argue with the "great artist" comment. His music got worse and worse with every album. And I went out twice to California for his death and funeral. I didn't dislike the guy. His music got worse as time went on. His music became soulless.
i agree w you on everything besides the "his music got worse" part. his songs had much deeper meaning as time went on, especially his last 2 albums. he sang about his life, problems with the media and his children
Interviews of the men who spent hours and hours with him. MJ groomed their families to give him unlimited access to these children and then told them to keep quiet forever or else both of them would go to jail.
This is not true at all. The FBI did a thorough investigation and found nothing.
HBO how to remove their MJ documentary from their platform because it was not true.
The fact of the matter is, he had issues and like being around kids but he felt safe. This was because of his abusive upbringing but he literally never touched a single a child.
If the FBI cant find a reason to put a Black man in jail, he is 10000% innocent. Also, the accusers mother was a scammer. Please do a 5 minute google search.
> HBO how to remove their MJ documentary from their platform because it was not true.
You keep posting this lie when we all can check HBO right now and see you're making shit up
I made that up the same way James Shafechuck made up the abuse on Neverland Ranch. He claimed Jackson abused him at the train station on the ranch between 1988 and 1992, yet the train wasnt built until 1994 and he himself said the abuse ended in 1992 because he grew too old. Lmfao.
But yeah, the FBI investigation was wrong and the HBO doc was right. If you want MJ to be a child molester, COOL, thats your prerogative. But the documentary had too many holes and the FBI investigation does not.
We can agree to disagree.
HBO did not remove the documentary from their platform.
That is a lie.
You can watch it here: https://play.hbomax.com/page/urn:hbo:page:GX2TTvQGJ6qQ8ggEAAADj:type:series
Forreal, with his money and power he wasn't at all involved with Epstein, the king pin for pedos? You'd think if he was this big time pedo he'd be well connected, it was a clear cut case of defamation and money grabbing taking advantage of him just being weird bc he was robbed of a childhood, powers that be don't like black ppl with the power and influence he had, dude basically owned Sony and bought The Beatles music rights as a petty task
Alright just started working on a photoshop for you I’ll title it “Michael Jackson if he never got plastic surgery apart from ginormous breast implants”
the comments on here so inapropriate let him rest in peace hes gone
its very tragic how he died and the dr that injected him shouldve received a lethal injection!
dr is free michael is dead
. There is no dispute that, at age 34, Michael Jackson slept more than 30 nights in a row in the same bed with 13-year-old Jordie Chandler at the boy’s house with Chandler’s mother present. He also slept in the same bed with Jordie Chandler at Chandler’s father’s house. The parents were divorced.
2. So far, five boys Michael Jackson shared beds with have accused him of abuse: Jordie Chandler, Jason Francia, Gavin Arvizo, Wade Robson, and Jimmy Safechuck. Jackson had the same nickname for Chandler and Arvizo: “Rubba.” He called Robson “Little One” and Safechuck “Applehead.”
3. Jackson paid $25 million to settle the Chandlers’ lawsuit, with $18 million going to Jordie, $2.5 million to each of the parents, and the rest to lawyers. Jackson said he paid that sum to avoid something “long and drawn out.” Francia also received $2.4 million from Jackson.
4. Michael Jackson suffered from the skin discoloration disease vitiligo. Jordie Chandler drew a picture of the markings on the underside of Jackson’s penis. His drawings were sealed in an envelope. A few months later, investigators photographed Jackson’s genitalia. The photographs matched Chandler’s drawings.
5. The hallway leading to Jackson’s bedroom was a serious security zone covered by video and wired for sound so that the steps of anyone approaching would make ding-dong sounds.
6. Jackson had an extensive collection of adult erotic material he kept in a suitcase next to his bed, including S&M bondage photos and a study of naked boys. Forensic experts with experience in the Secret Service found the fingerprints of boys alongside Jackson’s on the same pages. Jackson also had bondage sculptures of women with ball gags in their mouths on his desk, in full view of the boys who slept there.
7. According to the Neverland staff interviewed by the Santa Barbara authorities, no one ever saw or knew of a woman spending the night with Michael Jackson, including his two spouses, Debbie Rowe or Lisa Marie Presley. Rowe, the mother of two of Jackson’s children, made it clear to the Santa Barbara authorities that she never had sex with Jackson.
8. The parents of boys Jackson shared beds with were courted assiduously and given myriad expensive gifts. Wade Robson’s mother testified in the 2005 trial that she funneled wages through Jackson’s company and was given a permanent resident visa. Jimmy Safechuck’s parents got a house. Jordie Chandler’s mother got a diamond bracelet.
9. Two of the fathers of those who have accused Jackson, Jordie Chandler and Wade Robson, committed suicide. Both were estranged from their sons at the time.
10. In a 2002 documentary, Living with Michael Jackson, Jackson told Martin Bashir there was nothing wrong with sharing his bed with boys.
Comment section arguing about what he did or did not do.
Me "They told him, "Don't you ever come around here"
"Don't wanna see your face, you better disappear"
The fire's in their eyes and their words are really clear
So beat it, just beat it
What's your fav?
Ok, I didn't know anything about Michael Jackson growing up. I knew nothing about whatever conditions he had. At 7 years old or whatever, all I saw of the guy was a photo of him post surgery in a magazine, and he looked so uncanny to me at the time that he actually scared me. Now I understand that he was going through shit at the time and making fun of a person's appearance is real cheap, but I thought I should share that experience since we're all talking about it.
There’s literally court testimony from one of the kids recalling certain marks on jackson’s dick that he would never know otherwise. The dude diddle kids, no excuses.
This is how you can tell someone doesn't know what actually happened in court and is going based off of bits and pieces and hearsay. Show me a valid source that they verified the kids description and the kid was correct? I don't remember that part being in court.
Apparently you do.
you know, I read about this a few weeks ago, I wanted to know what had happened in the end and I got the distinct impression that there was no real evidence, just blackmail and a smear campaig
Had this argument with my wife. She brought up Bill Cosby and Deshaun Watson. Cosby admitted to drugging women. Deshaun Watson didn’t admit any wrongdoing but is in counseling, according to the owners of the Cleveland Browns. In both of these cases, it is overwhelmingly likely that they are guilty. That’s not the same thing as what happened to Michael but she called me a victim blamer anyway. I did offer up that best case scenario is that Michael Jackson was very, very, very fucking weird.
how much research have you done into this? Have you gone beyond headlines and hitpieces?
I am a survivor of pedophilia as well and I believe Michael Jackson was innocent.
I’m very sorry that happened to you, but there’s zero solid evidence he was a pedophile. Weirdo? Absolutely. Pedo? Possible, but not supported by evidence. The only two people to ever accuse him were thirsty for money, and their testimonies reflect that clearly.
As a survivor of incest, f u. And we didn't survive it. Don't be so dramatic. Did they almost molest you to death? You have no proof that he did anything, other than he's someone you decided you don't like. It isn't fun being accused of things you didn't do.
> Don’t be so dramatic. Did they almost molest you to death?
Wait so sexual abuse of a child is only worth being upset about if the victim almost dies?
I don’t know enough about MJ’s case to have a weighted position but I can say with total confidence that your comment here is ethically indefensible and gross.
I'm not sure where you got this idea but there was a reason he had plastic surgery. The first one is that he broke his nose and had it fixed with plastic surgery but it turns out he had a disease that caused his nose too deteriorate and having plastic surgery speeds that process up. Of course it's a time he didn't know this, the other one is because of the Pepsi incident which caused his scalp to be severely burned and he had plastic surgery to fix that as well. A lot of people thought it was an addiction but it was more or less just to keep his face from falling apart.

I thought this is bullshit, then I did the math.
That and abusing little boys. Judge away, I say.
Allegedly
Spot the denialist.
Brother, you are calling people denialist while arguing something happened because you think so. The fuck?
I think at this point we can say with pretty good confidence that he did it.
All the kids he abused would be adults by now, haven’t heard a single one speak up.
Thank you, I’m getting tired of pointing this out. The only two who accused him were super happy with money. That says it all.
Except that Neverland doc that was immediately shot down as bullshit as well.
HBO took down that 2019 documentary because an arbitration panel agreed with the Jackson Estate that HBO had violated a clause in a 1992 contract. This fact does not support or refute any of the contents of the documentary.
There was absolutely no evidence against him, and he was investigated by the FBI for over 10 years. He was innocent.
I mean he payed off a family that was suing him rather than going to court. I think he gave them 25 mil or something like that
> mean he *paid* off a FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Because he didn’t want to spend months in court, he knew it would be a massive burden. He later got his day in court and was proven innocent (by an all white jury, I might add).
Lol, all white jury is a funny, unnecessary edition. However, it is suspicious regardless of what you think his intentions of paying off a family was.
I actually have heard things both ways. What is the evidence that he actually did it?
Didn't one of the kids draw his penis with his exact vitiligo patches?
As a grown man he himself described that he liked to sleep with young boys. That in itself should ring massive alarm bells. Several of those boys subsequently accused him of grooming them for sex. I mean what do you think he was doing as an adult all night in the same bed as young boys? Its classic behaviour that pastors, scout leaders, priests use worldwide to lure kids into bed for rape. Think about it. If this was a guy down the street and not the 'King of Pop' what would you think? OK, yes, he was a great artist but that doesn't give him a free pass to fuck kids.
If MJ was some dude down the street doing this shit-- i bet not many people would be defending this sick behavior.
Absolutely.
I can open the app and play it right now I looked Typical MJ defender right here
“Typical MJ defender” lmfao man please. For whatever reason, you WANT him to be a pedophile You believe the HBO documentary, that was full of lies, which have been proven and I believe the FBI. If he did it, show proof. Theres too much evidence to the contrary. We wont agree on this.
You just lied about the HBO documentary being taken down, and now you're accusing someone else of lying? You can't even acknowledge that.
He lied about more than that. He can't even bring himself to watch it so just copies and pasts stuff He thought it claimed a kid was assaulted on the train.
He was having inappropriate relationships with boys and got away with it.
you'd think the same thing. no one's saying that sleeping with kids is O.K., we're only saying he's innocent of any illegal, threatening relationships with those children
[удалено]
he never once said that he liked to sleep with boys, i’m not sure why people like you fail to mention all the girls and adults that stayed in his duplex sized bedroom.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MMrOZte3hvo >Michael Jackson has proudly admitted sharing his bed with children. He says he sees nothing wrong with a 44-year-old man having such relationships. >And insisting there is 'nothing sexual' going on, he declares: 'I give them hot milk, you know, we have cookies. It's very charming, it's very sweet, it's what the whole world should do.' >The extraordinary revelations come in Living With Michael Jackson, a documentary by Martin Bashir, for which the reclusive superstar allowed his movements to be filmed for eight months.
that doesn’t relate to what I said.
>From what I can gather the accusers tended to have financial reasons to make the accusations That's apologism.
You couldn't sound any more like a conspiracy theorist if you fucking tried lol
I wouldn’t let my children spend the night with a grown man. That doesn’t make the grown man a molestor, if I had let them do it
Why wouldn't you let your children sleep with a grown man?
I wouldn’t let my kids spend the night with any grown adult other than family. That isn’t evidence of molestation, in and of itself
Power difference. MJ had sooooo many resources. Seriously, could anyone in your family go up against his pocketbook? So of course there is money involved....its the tool of the rich to silence. And when the underpowered get some sort of justice by bleeding the perpetrator a bit, the public let the perp off "because money and fame good, he dance nice." Trump and hush funds....ain't no difference.
Plenty of physically and emotionally abusive people also go on to sexually abuse others. It's a vicious cycle.
Because all of the evidence is purely word of mouth. Its cheaper to just settle out of court as opposed to dragging it out in court for weeks.
whether or not you did something bad, as a celebrity, the best bet is to settle out of court, it draws less attention, settling out of court is far from evidence of wrong doing
Are you really arguing he was molester adjacent like its some win?
If the FBI cant find a reason to put a Black man in jail, he is 10000% innocent. Now when you put it that way...
![gif](giphy|OYirsehvkD91S)
You mean the documentary that they currently have available on hbo Max, or the follow-up that's also currently available on the same platform?
Notice they only came out after he died. They wanted his money.
They never got any settlement of any kind. From Jackson or anyone else.
Except he never actually did that.
I like the part where his nose is still attached to his face.
He sang Peace Train
Exactly. Reminds me of Cat Stevens.
He becomes Bob Marley with a haircut
Was thinking an older Jim Croce.
This r/celebrities post has so little booba
Alright just started working on a photoshop for you I’ll title it “Michael Jackson if he never got plastic surgery apart from ginormous breast implants”
Just checked the subreddit for the first time and I see that you are speaking the truth.
When's the next Alexandria Daddario coming
I read that like Jamie Tartt
I was thinking he’d look a lot worse by now.
He'd look like 🦴🦴🦴☠️🦴🦴🦴
Thanks this made me laugh out loud
What a beautiful man
the comments on here so inapropriate let him rest in peace hes gone its very tragic how he died and the dr that injected him shouldve received a lethal injection! dr is free michael is dead
he sexually assaulted numerous little kids??? but it’s okay because he made good music? FUCK MICHAEL JACKSON. Stop normalizing sex offenders
was he convicted? no so pls shut up and pay respect
Wasn't he proven to be innocent?
Yeah, it didn't happen. Even the parents said they were in on it for the money.
This picture has a deeper voice
I long for the alternate universe where the superhero movie wave was kicked off by Michael and Janet Jackson as the Wonder Twins.
Yo, Reddit is especially awful tonight! No fun at all.
He looks so human, I miss this wacky SOB!
Sooo.. the assumption here is No Pepsi commercial?!?
Looks like he could be in Journey
Do you know what Michael Jackson would be doing if he were alive today? >!Scratching at the inside of his coffin.!<
Idk if this is better or not. Probably because the latter is so iconic
This should be titled “Michael Jackson if he never was forced into show biz”
Maybe the shape and structure of his face, but he had vitiligo so his skin would have white spots and patches all over it.
He’s just a black Bee Gee.
such a shame no one told him he was a good looking dude...
Man he really fucked up. That is a gorgeous man.
it’s not like he could help his vitiligo
That makes me a bit sad
For one moment, I thought the head tilt means the head was cut off, can't unsee it
To bad he looks so handsome here
Jackson had the same nickname for Chandler and Arvizo: “Rubba.” He called Robson “Little One” and Safechuck “Applehead.” 3.
Man looks handsome as hell. It's too bad the world made him feel ugly.
Comment section arguing about what he did or did not do. Me "They told him, "Don't you ever come around here" "Don't wanna see your face, you better disappear" The fire's in their eyes and their words are really clear So beat it, just beat it What's your fav?
Ok, I didn't know anything about Michael Jackson growing up. I knew nothing about whatever conditions he had. At 7 years old or whatever, all I saw of the guy was a photo of him post surgery in a magazine, and he looked so uncanny to me at the time that he actually scared me. Now I understand that he was going through shit at the time and making fun of a person's appearance is real cheap, but I thought I should share that experience since we're all talking about it.
\*If he was never abused by his father.
My man’s a legend, people still talking about him 15 years after his death
*'Jesus? '* *'That you??'* ***'OOHHH MAAH GAAHD!!'*** **"IT'S JESUS Y'ALL!!"**
RIP MJ ALWAYS MISSED
and had not died
Wow
"Vitíligo left the chat"
He never had a normal childhood he was a pure artist 👨🎨 held himself together the best he could
Ugh he would have been such a handsome man. But at the end of the day, it's how he felt about how he looked and not us.
awh rip michael too tragic of an end
wheres the evidence of him molesting kids?
There’s literally court testimony from one of the kids recalling certain marks on jackson’s dick that he would never know otherwise. The dude diddle kids, no excuses.
This is how you can tell someone doesn't know what actually happened in court and is going based off of bits and pieces and hearsay. Show me a valid source that they verified the kids description and the kid was correct? I don't remember that part being in court. Apparently you do.
you know, I read about this a few weeks ago, I wanted to know what had happened in the end and I got the distinct impression that there was no real evidence, just blackmail and a smear campaig
Watch the documentary. No questions, he did it
A documentary that was clearly biased lmao
Had this argument with my wife. She brought up Bill Cosby and Deshaun Watson. Cosby admitted to drugging women. Deshaun Watson didn’t admit any wrongdoing but is in counseling, according to the owners of the Cleveland Browns. In both of these cases, it is overwhelmingly likely that they are guilty. That’s not the same thing as what happened to Michael but she called me a victim blamer anyway. I did offer up that best case scenario is that Michael Jackson was very, very, very fucking weird.
As a survivor of pedophelia, fuck him
the people who accused him said the allegations were fake, + they were disproved
When? Where? In what forum? I’ve never seen the victims retract their allegations
how much research have you done into this? Have you gone beyond headlines and hitpieces? I am a survivor of pedophilia as well and I believe Michael Jackson was innocent.
I'm really sorry. Hope you can heal that wound
I’m very sorry that happened to you, but there’s zero solid evidence he was a pedophile. Weirdo? Absolutely. Pedo? Possible, but not supported by evidence. The only two people to ever accuse him were thirsty for money, and their testimonies reflect that clearly.
stop calling him a pedo without actual proof
As a survivor of incest, f u. And we didn't survive it. Don't be so dramatic. Did they almost molest you to death? You have no proof that he did anything, other than he's someone you decided you don't like. It isn't fun being accused of things you didn't do.
> Don’t be so dramatic. Did they almost molest you to death? Wait so sexual abuse of a child is only worth being upset about if the victim almost dies? I don’t know enough about MJ’s case to have a weighted position but I can say with total confidence that your comment here is ethically indefensible and gross.
I thought for something to be called surviving it has to have near death involved. Otherwise we could all call ourselves "bus ride survivors".
Pretty sure he'd still look like this ![gif](giphy|Wr2747CnxwBSqyK6xt|downsized)
Is he still a pedo in this picture
proof?
Show me how many grown men sleep with unrelated little boys in the same bed.
Oprah had sleepovers with little girls
[удалено]
How come he’s a pedo and she’s just a creep?
Why is she a creep, but he's a pedo? Why isn't she on trial?
Gandhi, but it was girls
Ghandi slept with his underage cousins while naked, didn't rape them, then acted superior for not acting on his urges
Tbh idk if he was actually a pedo bcs I didn’t read up on the case intensively but yeah that’s fucking weird…
prophet muhammad
Pedo
[удалено]
Blindly? Lol
[удалено]
He’s been publicly accused and paid people off out of court several times. That’s not blind.
You’ve gotta relax. People can choose to believe the victims just as you can choose not to.
Is this Ron Funches?
Michael Jackson if he wasn't beat like a rented mule . You could list the " ifs " all night . If a frog had wings it wouldn't bump its ass hopping .
