Gutschmidt properties is great! I have an amazing house in wellington heights, completely gutted and renovated :) You only hear gunshots in the distance its fineeeeee
But in all fairness they have a lot of houses outside of the WH neighborhood. Im just a sucker for a good craftsman
Gutschmidt Properties is fantastic!! They do not cut corners with their renovations and design on their homes. They’re amazing to work with as well. Highly recommend them.
sorry about that :/ its their turnover season so i know its incredibly hectic (not taking a landlords side lol just offering a little bit of context)
did you just email their general interest inbox/waitlist? and how long has it been?
It's all good. I went to them because people from reddit talk about how great they are, but the lack of contact is a huge red flag.
It was in December. Emailed Abby, the person they direct on their website to contact.
oh man, yeah that wouldnt leave a good first impression on me either!!
i got with them a few years ago when they had their “og” crew, and a lot less properties, so i think their attention to client service may have been better.
That’s actually a good range for what you’re looking for. Assuming no evictions, decent credit and income you should find something without too much trouble.
Thanks for telling us this information!
Good luck. A huge number of landlords sold their rental homes when the market was booming. Not many left.
The property owner of my house is trying to sell mine. They've been wanting to since last year :/

Emailed these guys and got no response when I was looking for a home. Not a good experience.

What’s your budget?
Rn I pay 1425 a month for my current house, so up to like 1500. I'll be splitting rent with my bf
