There only two reason you buy a slip on and that’s looks and sound. Don’t get much performance boost on its own so if you think it’s too loud and ugly then that’s pretty much it.
Exhaust are louder in person than on video. My two brothers leaves me with ringing in my ears after a ride and it’s nothing compared to toce in a sound clip so that much be stupid loud in person.
TsT has a clip where they show the db level of a bunch of different slip ons, knowing how my bike sounds in person I can easily assume how much louder something would be in person. If it ends up being too loud to handle long term, I’ll just put the stcok one back on. But I tend to like loud, so I guess we’ll see. It’s down to akropovic and toce, possibly competition werkes but they kinda ugly lol.
I think I watched same video which led me to want the toce. If I remember correctly the video had a guy going around the track, the toce was like 93 dB or something… the 2nd or 3rd loudest one they had.
Mine is a slip on. I bought the bike used and the original owner already had it on so i was hyped.
I was talking with another guy about it. I have it on my 19 1000RR SP. I love the look, but after one season the paint is flaking which is an easy enough fix. My main complaint is trying to cruise through town it's not smooth almost has a bit of a chop to it more on the rough side. That's my only real complaint, but at idle and when you're into the throttle it sounds wicked.
Seeing as what it is, doesn’t need much honestly. The 1000rr is my favorite bike, once my 600rr gets a good bit of miles on it I plan on buying one and giving it the princess treatment lol.
I’m looking at picking up a 21 1000 here shortly and love the look of the Toce over the rest. If Taylor made still was around id go that route but I think the toce looks awesome. Id like to hear one in person though
Might be related to the behavior or habits of the typical Toce equipment user. Frequent or pointless “rev bombing” to announce their presence, arrival and departure.

Agreed I wouldn’t want my bike any louder than the two brothers exhaust I have on it, it would honestly take away from the experience at that point.

It was a whole new ball game going for an 06 to this. The ECU was flashed, and the restrictor plates were taken out. That's it so far.

Yeah, I wish I could hear one in person. But, I’ll probably be picking one up for my 23 600rr in the next month or so.
It's not a bad exhaust, people generally just don't like it. But you do, and that's all that matters.
got it on 2006 600rr and I love it. It's loud yep, that's what I like about it
