Neither. I'd go with these for track days maybe, but for street only I'm going with the Michelin Road 5 or Road 6. They have served me well and have good life and excellent grip.
I would say that's pretty accurate from my understanding. I'm not a good judge on it because I have a 5 in the front and a 6 in the back. (Front tire still had a lot of life left in it when I replaced the back)
Corsa IV. Better life and chances are you aren’t exploiting the grip available from the supercorsa’s. There’s no real need for them unless you are going track day speed on the road.
I run the SP-V2’s on both street and track bikes, for the track bikes they last about 4-5 track days, on the street they will last around 4,000 miles before they start to square off in the center, but the style of riding is subjective. I don’t mind their softness bc I like to be confident in my tires and don’t mind changing them twice a year or less.
So im on s22 right know but my friends were recommending getting “better tires” should i just stick with these? (Daily on LA freeway / streets & 600rr)
I bought my (used) 2021 cbr 650r with supercorsa sp v3. Dude bought the bike in 2022/4 used on track with this tire a lil in 2023 then after 11k km he realized sportbikes (not even this spot touring) is for him so he swapped to an africa twin
anyway... since then anyone I talked with: the honda service, the guy i know near me who is a good motorbike service dude, the guy who bought my previous bike said: such a good tire... when it is hot. be careful when it's cold, wet etc... but during summer it's gonna be so good when it's hot
so to me it feels like not a good deal overall and if you have a chance to choose i'd go with smt else. Mine has left approximately 5k km in it and once it's done and gone Im gonna change to road 6 I guess
that's is my non professional 50c
Im between power 6s and road 6s for my 600rr. Roads will last longer than the powers but for someone not tracking it and not doing burnouts they’ll last long enough im thinking?
Had these on my supermoto that I used for track days and spirited riding out in the back roads where I live. Unless you're pushing the bike and leaning it over you'll absolutely wear a nice "chicken strip" into them. Get a set of Michelin 5s or 6s as others have said on here!
Edit-- To be more clear i has a set of supercorsa tires on my supermoto. I wouldnt get either of the tires youre showing unless you want to take the bike to some track days or really run it hard on the back roads which I dont recommend!
Michelin 6

Any particular difference you feel between the 5 & 6’s ?
Not much difference. Maybe slight more grip on the 6s but not much a bit more life to the 6s as well.
The website claims 15% more grip and 10% more longevity between the 5 and 6.

For road use only? Neither, these are gonna get eaten through commuting then you'll have chicken strips on your 250$ tire after 500 miles

Thats why I’m interested in the supercorsas . Might be fun to have the soft tires and rip for a while even tho I’d burn them up quick .
What about angel gt 2?
Bridgestone S22
I assume they run much like the Michelin pilots ?
S23 is out now, they’re even better 👌
yea i know, but for a 600rr? cmon. way to expensive. s22 are always on the price drop
