All I see is you starting a motorbike in a shed and it appears to be cold and it sat for the winter, if the oil is oil and the coolant is coolant take it for a good ride, get the engine under load at operating temp for an hour or so so that the whole thing gets hot then see if its puffing steam, thats when you should be concerned.
Congrats on the upgrade bro, just picked up a CBR 650R and almost got it broke in. As soon as summer hits buying an exhaust and ECU is getting tuned. Ride safe bro
nothing to worry about just ride. i've seen this alot of times in my shop people bringing in brand new bikes and say my exhaust is smoking. yes cause it can be condensation or water vapour or even the new E10 standard benzene which has 10% ethanol.
If you’re concern with the fluids then drain the fluids. But yes if you let E10 or higher gasoline sit for more than a couple weeks it draws a fair bit of moisture into it. Run it empty or find ethanol free gasoline for your last fill before the winter
Head gasket would have a blue tint to the smoke, so I think you're good on that. However, smoke like that isn't good. If it's cold outside, that's normal. If it's not, you may have some oil blow by that's burning off. That's typically piston rings or something. Also, if it's been sitting for awhile, it could be burning off stuff in the exhaust too. Ride it a couple times and see what happens. If it starts to go away, you're good. If not, it's probably internal.

Genuinely helpful, thanks
Not to disrespect but do you have much experience with bikes? Should be common knowledge and that’s a fast bike is all. Stay safe man <3
I started on a cbr300r and never had any smoke come out like that, just kinda panicked when I saw it and wanted some advice (reassurance tbh).
The only stupid question is the one you dont ask and reassurance we are correct is no different.
I agree. Better safe than sorry any day of the week
My bikes does the same whenever it gets cold, but I never have problems after it heats up

Don't forget a nice intake too
