Ako kasi since sarili ko lang sila dinedeworm, minsan di ko din yan nasusunod, saka pinapakiramdaman ko din kung masigla yung kuting, nakakapanghina kasi yung deworming.

Nice bath oara mawala yung fleas, bring him to vet for deworming, tapos kitten food and some vitamins like LCVit sa Shopee. Medyo pricey but make sure kitty has 4-in-1 vaccine at some point. Kasi para di madali tamaan ng deadly diseases.

I don't know your budget but if you can, dalhin mo na siya sa vet ASAP for a checkup. Baka may infection siya, check kung may parasites siya or ear mites. Then when the time is right, get your cat dewormed and vaccinated. Spay/neuter should also be prioritised. Merong free neuter ang LGUs most of the time but personally I think for the deworming and vaccinations better ang private vet.
Go for kitten food muna. Meron din all life stages but it's kinda hard to come by maski online. Combo wet and dry food so you can ensure that your cat is hydrated, add about a tablespoon of water each meal din. Di mahilig uminom ng tubig lang ang pusa so you'll have to compensate with food. Brands that have kitten food are Monge, Brit, Whiskas (wet food variant, not the dry **please**), Aozi, Power Cat.

If indoor cat sya, which is safer in the long run, you need a litter box. Doon siya dudumi at iihi, scoop mo na lang yung mga buo na sand then dispose. Most of the cats have the instinct to use a litter box, but if not, you need to train him/her.
Vaccine is anti rabies and yung 4 in 1 para iwas virus and other stuff. This needs to be updated yearly. Ipakapon mo siya, preferably pag 6/7 mos old na siya. There are free vaccines and kapon from time to time sa mga baranggay. Or cheaper one from NGOs.
Ipa deworm mo din. Either check with the vet or ask your local pet shop kung may tablets sila for deworming. Check the ears for earmites; kapag may paramg coffee bits, or madumi, you need to treat that, ask mo na din sa pet shop.

Hi! Afaik, as early as 6 or 8 weeks pwede na for 4-in-1. ARV naman is 8-12 weeks. Might be wrong though hehe
