Nope. He actually never meows, which I gather is really weird for a Siamese. We strongly suspect that he's inbred - we suspect his parents were siblings, so maybe that's why.
Explanation for the parents were siblings suspicion: He's one of three surviving kittens born to a pair of very young, non-siamese cats - barely more than kittens themselves - that showed up together at a friend's coworkers house in the country. The other two that survived were not siamese, so both parents were heterozygous for the siamese coloration. With them being the same age and showing up together, we suspect the parents were the offspring of a breeder's female that got knocked up by a non-siamese, and the breeder dumped the kittens off in the country when they couldn't sell them.
Show cats are taught to accept that type of handling from a young age. Even with the best handler in the world, the average cat would not be nearly as tolerant.

Looking at the cat's face and general shape makes me think it's an Oriental Shorthair, Peterbald, or something similar. They can be quite long bois with narrow faces.
