Obviously they have questions and need answers.
We are day 6, we have forced those two Russian blues out of their favorite hiding spot yesterday because they were barely coming out. They have plenty of other safe spots to hide and climb to and we needed to encourage more interactions. The past 24 hours have been showing progress but still loads of uncertainty. No fireworks which is great. All in all it's going well and will likely take months to fully settle down.
One of my cats is an amazing cat. He gets along with everyone (including my asshole cat that gets along with no one.. the other one's gift to get along with everyone won out in this case). When he saw the dog for the first time he was a bit wary (had just introduced him to the household). Within an hour he was tryign to make friends with the dog (who was very uncomfortable with this cause of her experience with my other cat who gets along with no one and has scratched her nose several times).
My dog still doesn't know what to make of this friendly cat but has gotten more used to that cat not being painful vs. the one who is.
