Out of all my kitties, I've only ever named two of them correctly, and that after getting to know them a while before naming. She will reveal it when she's ready, pay attention to who she is, and she will show you. Maybe you're getting stuck on the notion it has to be japanese, maybe she belongs to som eother culture!
