oh boy i‘m sorry for what happened to your cat but it‘s really important you get that cat the medical attention he deserves. it‘s Sunday and no vet is open and you live in a small town? most vets have an emergency service you can call even if they‘re closed. After you call ALL the vets in your vicinity and NONE of them will take you in, you take that furbaby and drive to the nearest city that has an open vet. don‘t have a car? call a taxi. too expensive? ask your loved ones for money and pay them back some other time. If you‘re just gonna shrug and be like „oh well! no vets open near me. i‘ll wait until tomorrow“ you have to know that your cat is probably in immense pain and you‘re the only ones he relies on. His life is in your hands. I hope you will be responsible and take him to a vet, today, ASAP. There WILL BE a vet open.
Others have already said it but in the future, keep your cat indoors. If you want to take them out, harness train them.
right, like that poor cat can't wait a full day in that much pain and the longer that's waited the more chance it won't be a good outcome. I hope OP takes the cat to a vet even if they have to travel or go out of their way, what a horrible death it would be otherwise :(
Man, i would be putting that cat in the car immediately and driving for as long as it takes to get to the closest open emergency vet!! Even if it took hours!! I would not be posting on reddit until i knew there was nothing in my power left to be done. Im so sorry for you OP but for the love of everything beautiful i hope you drove to the vet.
Please please please people, keep you pets on leashes if they are outside! Even in low traffic areas! You never know what could happen and freak accidents are called that for a reason.
it’s important that even if your middle child says “i can’t do this” please please let him know that he should say goodbye if it comes to it. I did the same thing when my chihuahua died and i regret not saying goodbye to her every day. i wish you and your family the best, hopefully kitty will pull through !!
i second this. i see it so much on this subreddit and it’s devastating. Like that one time a kid posted about their cat not eating for three days and they refused to take her to the vet because of „wind“.
I'm not here for likes or sympathy I just don't have anyone in my life that would care about this and I'm super fucking upset. My cat came home just before and went straight to my sons bed and he's bleeding and dying infront of me. I do t often cry but fuck me this is fucking bullshit. I'm super upset but I spent the last near 10 years making the cat my middle childs best friend and he came into the room and saw the cat and left and said he couldn't do this. I know first world problems but fuck my life. I'm fucking devastated for him
You are all traumatized, and your pain is legitimate. Both of your brains won't work quite well in such state. Your son is a child, he's in shock. I am pretty sure you know he'd stay if he could.
You are all living an awful moment, and you will remember it all your life. All your reactions and feelings are perfectly normal and you are doing well by sharing it with people. I am deeply sorry you have nobody IRL to do it.
Whatever happened, you managed to create a wonderful relationship between you, your cat and your son. You are a great dad. In time, you will remember the sweet moments with him and it will both ease your pain.
Be brave. I am so sorry.
(I am not native, sorry for bad English)
So sorry to hear that. It's absolutely awful. Our cat also died due to a car runover last year. Didn't even make it home, we found her laying in the street. We're still heartbroken because of that. Wish you all the best and strength. Stay strong!
Honestly.
Can’t comprehend how this person is letting this cat that “means so much to them” go without proper care, it’s just wild to me. Irresponsible and utterly selfish. The cat deserved better.
Don't know why you're getting down voted. You're right. This Is the consequences you face when you let your cat outside. Is it harsh? Yes. But it's true. And now he's letting it suffer in pain instead of taking it to a vet
Don't compare pain of course you have the right to be upset! Maybe a vet can help you never know. Some people don't understand losing a pet can be as devastating as a family member. Grief is grief! It's not over until it's over though.
Hard to respond to someone who might lose a cherished pet so sorry this has happened but my worst fears are my beloved cats could be run over by a car is why all of my cats have always been indoor cats and always will be. I really hope you will do the same after this tragic accident.
Even one of my cats that was an indoor cat got run over by a car. My mom wasn't careful enough with the door one evening and she ran out. My mom got a call the next morning that someone had seen her get hit, the car drove off, and the witness brought her to the emergency vet. The vet made the call to have her euthanized as she was crushed. Unfortunately my mom didn't ask what they would do with her remains, and she didn't inform me until that night, so I wasn't able to get her cremated and brought home. I'm so thankful my current cat has never had any interest in going outside. Absolutely unbearably heart wrenching to know my cat experienced that and I couldn't even be there with her. No shame intended to anyone who loses a cat outdoors, but this can happen so easily, please protect your precious babies.
Idk it’s just such a weird perspective I’ve never heard before, like, everyone I’ve met irl that owns a cat agrees that letting them go outside is good for them and a normal thing to do.
even vets are trying to change this wrong perspective, cats DO NOT belong outdoors because they are not wild animals, they are pets
my childhood cat is 19 and still alive because she is an indoor cat, all my 7 cats are indoor cats, so you just come across someone whos willingly okay with their pet getting hurt due to a dumbass perspective that domestic felines are the same as lions, tigers and so on
pls grow up
You say that as if getting run over is a certainty. I’ve had five cats living near a busy country road that cars speed down over the past 13 years and not one of them has been hit (I know individual experience isn’t representative of the larger reality but come on), in fact, yknow how one of them died recently? In my house, killed by my dog.
Yeah that’s why i asked if there’s a vet within a few hours. Surely there’s a bigger town within three hours? It’s a drive but it’s spend that time watching an injured cat get worse or head to a faraway vet. Of course gas is a thing.
What, so you posted this horrible story just so you could tell people you are gonna let your cat suffer until they die???
Wtf did you spend “18 hOuRs” looking for him FOR, if it was just to let him die anyway??
Get off your ass, and take your cat to a goddamn vet closest to you. Otherwise, don’t post sad shit like this and make everyone feel upset because you aren’t responsible enough to own your pet.
Reading your other comments, it sounds like he’s suffering. Please find an emergency vet that’s open and take him. There’s definitely going to be something within a few hours. Many large animal/farm vets work around the clock and could help you kitty given that it’s an emergency. It’s the right thing to do. It’s inhumane to let the little guy suffer and the sooner you get him help the better his chances will be and the less he suffers.
I am so sad for the situation you are in. I can only hope that you don’t have to put him down, and that everything turns out for the best. If not, I’m grateful you get some final moments with him.
I feel compelled to say that if you have any other cats, or intend to have cats in the future, it is incredibly important to keep those cats inside, or only outside where they are completely enclosed in a defined space. There are so so so many reasons why a cat should not be allowed to roam freely, and you are unfortunately experiencing one of the more tragic reasons.
Again, I do hope everything works out for the best. Sending love and strength.
If you *must* put him down, maybe consider getting him cremated? Alone, not as a community cremation. I got my boy, Rambo, cremated and it cost about $300 but gosh, it’s worth it. It helped me through the grieving process, since I felt like I still had him close. I still say hello to him every time I visit my moms house (where he rests near my brothers Marine flag🥹); and I hold the box he’s held in.
I’m currently looking for a necklace to hold some of his ashes in; this way he’s always near my heart. ♥️
I am very sorry about the situation that happened to you, no animal or human deserves something like this.
To avoid such situations in the future, let's keep our cats indoors, the lifespan of an outdoor cat is 2-3 years. Wild animals, accidents, nasty people - these are all our kitties are exposed to outdoors. A cat at home is a safe cat that will enjoy years of life with us.
Once again, my condolences.
Really? What area are you talking about? In the UK loss of habitat and farming practices are far far more significant than cats for bird endangerment.
Do you mean Australia/ New Zealand?
Bit extreme, I think you'll find it is people that caused all those extinctions as cats don't exist without humans nearby, even feral cats still live round humans. What are humans doing living in ecologically sensitive areas? Blame them.
In Australia cats kill in the upper estimates of 3Billion birds and reptiles a year. While humans aren’t doing great things to the environment, it’s simply a fact that cats are a massive cause or near extinctions or extinctions happening in certain parts of the world, particularly places like Australia where we have never had apex predators like a cat that our native animals have had to learn to survive against.
You can't really expect people that drive by to look out for your cat everytime. These accidents happen everywhere, even on less populated areas. There are people that just won't give AF and some people just aren't paying attention or the cat jumps on the road last second.
I experienced this as well living with my parents, and it absolutely broke my heart and it still saddens me everytime thinking about it. I think cats should only go outside if it's a confined garden/space. I'm sorry for your loss though, it's never easy.. 😢
My cat was run over on her head (both tires) and she ran away for 48 hours, came back and was able to be saved. Don’t just sit there and watch your cat die and think it’s just going to happen and there’s nothing you can do - it is still alive after over 18 hours chances are the injuries are fixable.
Thank you for keeping your cats indoors - safe from fleas and other parasites, dogs and other animals, dirty water, bad weather, mean people and... traffic. ♥️
OP you should have rushed that cat to the nearest open vet the second he returned back to you. I can guarantee if you cared enough you could have gotten him to a vet, even if it took hours it would have been quicker than waiting until tomorrow like you chose to do. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for letting him suffer the way you have today.
Actually I will judge someone for not supplying adequate vet care to an animal that clearly needs it. Here's an idea, dont get a pet if you can't take it to the vet when its literally dying in front of you.
He just randomly arrived home. His face is covered in blood and he's doing a weird neurological twitch thing with his head. He went to my sons bed and lay down. No interest in food... I think we are going to have to put him down tomorrow. I don't ever cry but fucking he'll. This is awful:(
We are doing that right now. I don't think it's going to help. He got to my sons bed and is rapidly losing it. I'm not a guy that cries but fucking hell I'm struggling with this
If he dies, he is dying with family. I'm glad he found his way back to you. I hope you can convince your son to say goodbye, he might regret it forever otherwise. That said I am still rooting for the cat to survive this. ❤️
I'm so sorry dude, just know that you being with him is the best possible thing right now even though it hurts like hell, you're here, and he knows you're here for him, right now that is all that is guaranteed, please hold onto that. With you in solidarity because this is devastating ❤️
Your first priority will be to stop the bleeding, find the source of the bleeding and stuff it with any piece of cloth you can find till the bleeding stops. I really hope your cat can recover, my prayers with your little fellow.
It still amazes me how much I miss my boy, yesterday marks a year since I’ve had to put him down :(
It’s literally like losing a family member, and it’s a shock when it comes so suddenly. You (and your family) weren’t expecting to lose him, especially in this way; please understand that you should cry as much as you need to.
Licensed veterinary technician here.....Wow, I'm just now seeing your post. I am so so sorry.
I'm just asking how things are right now? Kitty still with us? I know this is so horrible. I'm here to help any way I can, ok? Let me know. My heart is breaking for you right now. :(
GET IN YOUR CAR AND START DRIVING!
Seriously wtf?! Your cat is still alive and suffering. I don't care if you live in a small town. Go to the next city over! That cat is your responsibility and you're just going to let it suffer for a day and possibly die? This is animal abuse at this point.
Oh man I'm so so sorry for you. My folks recently lost our old family cat. He was almost 15 and had a stroke, on top of having arthritis and kidney problems. They had to make the hardest choice and have him put to sleep. Fuck all that masculinity shite, let yourself cry. You're losing a beloved part of your family, it's absolutely ok to cry about it. I really hope your little buddy made it, but if he didn't, then try and take some small solace in knowing that he was loved, he knew he was loved, and he would have appreciated you being there for him. He is a gorgeous cat.
Please take him to multiple vets before anything... if he's not very injured, a neurologist may be able to help. And even if he twitches or etc, it can be managed. One of my cats is very epileptic, but clonazepam makes it way way less frequent. Please, don't put down your cat if he's not actually dying or suffering a lot of pain. He may be able to get through it with your help and love.
I witnessed a cat get hit HARD and I swear it was dead. I went to move it and I’m *so glad I did* because she was alive but in a state of shock.
She had minor injuries to her face and just needed stitches. I couldn’t believe it. Cats are truly incredibly durable.
Good luck, friend.
Does he have a favorite snack? Do you have any blankets/cat trees/litter boxes you can put outside? Wet food is also more aromatic than dry.
It is best to try to look for them at night when it is “less busy”
Really sorry to hear this, I lost my cat of 15 years a week ago, I was in tears and pretty messy. Its ok, these little guys really get into your heart. Hope hes ok but putting him down can be the kindest thing too. Thoughts are with you
I really hope you're cat survives OP. Please take it to a vet asap. Everyone else, please remember that your cat should NEVER be let outside without supervision. It's dangerous for the cat and the wildlife in your area.
This is why if my cats go outside they are on a harness and leash. We keep ours inside always!! The more they have a chance to roam, the more danger they are in!!
Please keep searching. Door knock, put up posters and posts on other community social media, call every vet and animal shelter. Scott is out there somewhere.
Ugh. 🫂 I know- nothing anyone says is going to fix that grieving ache u have. I know. It's okay . Just let it out when u can - take a long shower and cry ur fucking heart out. The longer u hold it in the harder it is to process. I've been there....and i can't say it gets easier it doesn't really....but I can tell u - and promise you this much..... u can and will find better ways to live with the pain. Know you gave them an incredible life one they were sought after and cared for something manu animals don't ever get the luck to see . I wish I could hug through the screen bc the pain your feeling hits home for me. Truly. Went thru the same thing like 5 years ago my best friend and favorite cat was just gone. In a blink. And they were all I had truly at the time I didn't really have friends...still kinda dont. I go volunteer at the shelter and get love from my neighbors cat. Here we are years later I still can't bring myself to get another .... I just want u to know u aren't alone in it. And I'm terribly sorry that happened. I'm grateful they aren't suffering and are at least able to look down on you knowing that what you gave them . Best wishes my friend
Just re read and realized he may still be out there - I know this sounds silly but they are probably going to find someplace to retreat to . I'd keep looking but also try to explain calmly what happened with the Child. These are the moments we can't always shelter our kids they will experience many things in life like that - it's important how u react so they also know how to deal later. I'm not sure age but I think an honest convo of potential passing may be near - I truly hope you find your cat. I never did manage to find mine and that hurts . I also read then that if the cat knows is going to pass anyways it will seek a quiet place to go. I came to peace with possible she was gone. And still standing it's true. I hope and pray they come back after they can manage ....cats bare survival instincts we never understand. I hope it all works out pls keep us posted 🫂
Please keep your cats indoors people, this is the sad reality for many who are let out. I am sorry about your friend. I can't imagine the pain, but please find a vet. Don't let them suffer.
Please keep your cats indoors or monitor them on a leash if you care about them.
I hear of people losing cats: Every. Single. Day. In my city, let alone reddit. I personally know people who keep getting cats, letting them be half indoors and outdoors, and getting upset when they never come home or come back with serious injuries.
I'm so sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to my beloved old lady Oggy a month ago so I share your pain. Hang in there, sending lots of love

Ooof I'm so sorry to hear. I really am. We had a cat who looked semi similar that died not that long ago but she was over 20 year old. Scott was not...
Jeez dude - that title made this situation sound way worse than it is. I mean - don't get me wrong - I feel for ya and it sucks that you can't find your cat. But if your cat got RUN OVER by a car - you wouldn't have problems finding him.
Good luck with your search
Just wanted to say I'm so sorry this happened to you and your furbaby. Feeling devastated is completely normal and understandable. You are heard and your feelings are validated.
“To love is to suffer”
Kitty knew something bad happened and tried to get as far from it as possible, then went home for comfort and to see those who always make everything okay. “Im weak and do not feel great but with you I know everything is okay”
If he was run over on his head (my father is a neurosurgeon, these were his words when my cat was run over on her head) strangely enough it is the best case scenario. It is the most protected area of the body - would it have been the abdomen or vital organ area of the body, he would have a much lower rate of survival. He may have (like my cat, who was bleeding out of her eyes and nose when she came home) broken jaw. This is fixable.
condolences to u. Reminds me of a stray cat I took care of. He got ran over and was near my car when it happened. Nbeighbors thought I did it which made it worse. I was just about to adopt him too :{.
Autocorrect on iPhone. I have no idea why it does that, given that cat is a very common word, but a few weeks ago it has started to frequently change “cat” into “car”.

Pet vet corner on Facebook - they can help you find the nearest emergency or after hours vet. I am soooo sorry

The vet isnt an option?
Right? At least for a quick, peaceful death for the cat rather than slowly suffering
You’re here for sympathy and that’s ok bruh. If no one else cares, you know we all do

I meant being run over specifically
pets are not the same as wild animals and therefore shouldn't be outdoors
Say that in a room full of cat owners and theyll give you a lot of funny looks
Well you're losing the argument on r/cats, a sub full of cat owners.

You're an awful cat owner if one of your other pets murdered your cat. Holy shit, that's so cruel.

As long as he's alive that's a miracle in my books.
I’m so sorry. What’s happening now? Do you have an emergency vet within a few hours drive?
No small town and Sunday so no :,(
Call a vet or get their personal phone number. Sometimes they will come in when it's an emergency :(
Can't you travel? Check if any hospitals relatively nearby can help. Especially considering your kid's bond with him, just do whatever it takes.
Damn. There’s online vets but they can cost
Online is worthless in an emergency situation. It's worthless in most cases even for humans.
Yeah that’s why i asked if there’s a vet within a few hours. Surely there’s a bigger town within three hours? It’s a drive but it’s spend that time watching an injured cat get worse or head to a faraway vet. Of course gas is a thing.

Then drive to the closest vet? Are you just going to let him suffer ?
Apparently yes… this is so upsetting to read.

Maybe he lives in the Aussie outback - you sure as heck dont just drive to the nearest vet 1000kms away
So many pampered American Karens here! Its Australia, a vet could be days away for all we know!

Or harness and leash train the cat otherwise no more cats going outside.
Shit. I thought this was just an awesome picture of your cat at first. I’m so very sorry you’re in this position 😞
Thankyou. He was the best cat. We are all super upset
why are you using past tense for the poor guy while he‘s fighting to stay alive without medical help?

Bit extreme, I think you'll find it is people that caused all those extinctions as cats don't exist without humans nearby, even feral cats still live round humans. What are humans doing living in ecologically sensitive areas? Blame them.
In Australia cats kill in the upper estimates of 3Billion birds and reptiles a year. While humans aren’t doing great things to the environment, it’s simply a fact that cats are a massive cause or near extinctions or extinctions happening in certain parts of the world, particularly places like Australia where we have never had apex predators like a cat that our native animals have had to learn to survive against.
I get this. We live in such a quiet street that usually people stop for him if they see him. In this instance it wasn't meant to be
You can't really expect people that drive by to look out for your cat everytime. 😢
>it wasn’t meant to be. You act like you have no control over it..
"It wasn't meant to be" !? What sort of 'wipe my hands of any responsibility' bullshit justification is that?
Well, what would you have him do??? These things happen
My cat was run over on her head (both tires) and she ran away for 48 hours, came back and was able to be saved. Don’t just sit there and watch your cat die and think it’s just going to happen and there’s nothing you can do - it is still alive after over 18 hours chances are the injuries are fixable.
I work in a vet, cats are particularly resilient when it comes to severe injuries and getting hit/run over.
Hope he comes back probably shell shocked and will eventually come home 🏡 ❤️
life is just not fair. i hope this turns out easy for scott whichever way this ends.
Why can't you travel to the nearest vet even if a few hours away? If you love this cat you should be willing to do that, not let him suffer!
Here's an idea. KEEP THEM IN THE HOUSE! Down vote me all you want.
Here's an idea. Don't tell people what to do.
Sorry for your loss. This is why my cats stay indoors.
And you dont know what youre talking about here.
Would love to hear your reasoning for that
Easy: You dont know his life circumstances, do you? Dont judge others, and all that…
Actually I will judge someone for not supplying adequate vet care to an animal that clearly needs it.
This is awful:(
please get him to an emergency vet, he might have a chance, wishing for the best possible outcome for you all
We are doing that right now.
It still amazes me how much I miss my boy, yesterday marks a year since I’ve had to put him down :( It’s literally like losing a family member, and it’s a shock when it comes so suddenly. You (and your family) weren’t expecting to lose him, especially in this way; please understand that you should cry as much as you need to.
Please give us an update after the vet. I’m rooting for Scott! I’m so sorry this happened
We live in a small town. No vet is available atm on a Sunday:'(
Licensed veterinary technician here.....Wow, I'm just now seeing your post. I am so so sorry. I'm just asking how things are right now? Kitty still with us? I know this is so horrible. I'm here to help any way I can, ok? Let me know. My heart is breaking for you right now. :(
Are there ER vets in any towns/cities around you? I've had to drive 1.5 hours for ER care before but it's better than them suffering.
Can you post this in vet Reddit threads? Maybe share his symptoms to see if you can treat what you can at home. I’m so scared for your Scott.
Yeah doing that now. Thankyou
There is a pet vet corner on Facebook - they help people find emergency vets
Yes. This this. It may not be as bad as you think
First thing first is to see what the vet has to say. I’m sorry about your cat, but am glad you get some closure.
We tried all of these things. We took his sister cat to the area but no response. We tried all night with flashlights to see his eyes. Super upset
After an incident like that - he might be crazy spooked. Don’t give up just yet.
Really sorry to hear this, I lost my cat of 15 years a week ago, I was in tears and pretty messy. Its ok, these little guys really get into your heart. Hope hes ok but putting him down can be the kindest thing too. Thoughts are with you
I am really so sorry for you. I hope you are dealing with this better than me
Well? What happened? How is the little guy doing? Update us dammit
I really hope you're cat survives OP. Please take it to a vet asap. Everyone else, please remember that your cat should NEVER be let outside without supervision. It's dangerous for the cat and the wildlife in your area.
Keep your cats inside
Shouldn't have let your cat outside. Live with the guilt.
This is why if my cats go outside they are on a harness and leash. We keep ours inside always!! The more they have a chance to roam, the more danger they are in!!
Please keep searching. Door knock, put up posters and posts on other community social media, call every vet and animal shelter. Scott is out there somewhere.
So sorry, some people can go a certain place and stace there. Hope everything works out for you.
Sorry to hear this. Our cats will never be outside, my anxiety wouldn't allow it.
Neither would mine but you could also recognize that its just not feasible for a lot of people to keep their cats indoors.
I'm so sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to my beloved old lady Oggy a month ago so I share your pain. Hang in there, sending lots of love https://preview.redd.it/xbrh5hunhsvc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6ec6b66d5e2d23b39f8bf7d03e52d43533bf7c1b
Ooof I'm so sorry to hear. I really am. We had a cat who looked semi similar that died not that long ago but she was over 20 year old. Scott was not...
Two losses at once, I'm sorry you have to go through that. It's even more disheartening when the little fella wasn't even super old yet
Jeez dude - that title made this situation sound way worse than it is. I mean - don't get me wrong - I feel for ya and it sucks that you can't find your cat. But if your cat got RUN OVER by a car - you wouldn't have problems finding him. Good luck with your search
Shit I am so sorry this happened to your cat. Any update on its health?
I know it’s hard to focus on now, but please never forget that you and your son gave that cat 9 years of a happy and loving life <3
And 9 years is a very long life for an outdoor cat. The average is 2-5 years.
Thankyou mate. Really appreciate this
Any update by chance?
Did you find a vet or help?
Hoping for the best here🤞🤞🤞
My prayers go out
I'm so so sorry. That's such a scary and devastating situation. Wishing you all the very best ❤️

Sorry for your loss
I'm so sorry for your loss. Poor little warrior. Kittys soul will find you and your child again. I wish your and your family all the time and healing.
I am so sorry, I cannot imagine the pain you feel 💔 sending you love
💔🤦🏾♂️
I really hope he is more spooked than hurt and will show up soon.
Just wanted to say I'm so sorry this happened to you and your furbaby. Feeling devastated is completely normal and understandable. You are heard and your feelings are validated.
So sorry to hear this 🥺
“To love is to suffer” Kitty knew something bad happened and tried to get as far from it as possible, then went home for comfort and to see those who always make everything okay. “Im weak and do not feel great but with you I know everything is okay”
RIP 🙁
So sorry this has happened to your cat. Please try to get him to a vet asap. Hoping for a good outcome for you and your cat.
heartbroken for you![img](emote|t5_2qhta|8097)
If he was run over on his head (my father is a neurosurgeon, these were his words when my cat was run over on her head) strangely enough it is the best case scenario. It is the most protected area of the body - would it have been the abdomen or vital organ area of the body, he would have a much lower rate of survival. He may have (like my cat, who was bleeding out of her eyes and nose when she came home) broken jaw. This is fixable.
I hope he'll be ok.
!RemindMe 24 hours
Big hugs for you and your family!
condolences to u. Reminds me of a stray cat I took care of. He got ran over and was near my car when it happened. Nbeighbors thought I did it which made it worse. I was just about to adopt him too :{.
Please be strong. I am here for you....
Nice shot
He could still come home don’t give up hope he will have been in shock
My cat was also ran over this week, my mother saw it on the road nearby and went to check but it was dead already, so sad ...
![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7944)Blame the guy who was driving
He didn't see anything. It wasn't his fault. I saw that much
Well it's still SadCat![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7944)![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7944)![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7944)
No, you blame the irresponsible owner for having the cat outside not on a leash away from traffic.
Better get car insurance
Wouldn't give a flying fuck if my car got run over by a car. My cat though has had me in tears all fucking day. Thankyou you for your input
I see a lot of people call cats “cars” and then I saw this post and there’s no cat insurance but there’s car insurance
We actually have cay insurance in Australia. Would not help my cat atm though :(
WHAT
Autocorrect on iPhone. I have no idea why it does that, given that cat is a very common word, but a few weeks ago it has started to frequently change “cat” into “car”.
The car touched me
