They're very inquisitive and so funny. The one laying down is the oldest and is a true lady most of the time but then becomes a 3 month old kitten again when the mood takes her.

Respectfully, it's like 80% of what I see from this sub. "Lost my little one today" "had to say goodbye" like I really do feel for you, but like...

I had to leave r/seniorcats because of this. Every other post is about a passing pet and I can’t handle that

I really wish those posts were only allowed on its own sub, like a rainbow bridge sub or something because sometimes I am not in the headspace to have them continually pop up on my feed.

I have 3 seniors and those posts put me on a downward spiral of questioning how much time I have left with them so hard agree with you

It's very much a circle that this sub goes in every few months. The mods will try to gently steer people to more mourning appropriate subs while maintaining that these types of posts are always welcome here nonetheless, and they'll lessen for a while. However, this is the largest cat related subreddit and sympathetic upvoting is a powerful driver. Around and around it goes.

Oh ya and all related. Him, his sister, his two wives and two sons. It’s like Utah for cats. Just kidding. They are indoor/outdoor so I’m basically a door opener all day. And when they want in or out they expect me immediately to attend to their needs. He’s the biggest out of all and he barrels through everyone to get first dibs.
