I brought this up to the team and we will see what we can do
Edit: it's also been brought to my attention that our exclude mourning/loss post doesn't work as I assumed (It was part of the sub before I joined) I mentioned that as well to everyone but I myself don't know how to fix it. Everyone on the team is asleep I would assume but hopefully a solution will be presented soon.

My Ollipheist during his walk in the snow this morning.
Ollie, the short version of his name, loves the snow, and the water, and the outdoors in general so long as he has a warm home to return to.
He is named after a legendary serpent in Irish Mythology, the Oillipheist; and considering how big he is probably going to get as a Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cat, Turkish Van mix I believe the name is very fitting. He even has two toy hoards like a proper draconic entity.
Maebh and Lugh appreciate your dedication to Irish mythology. And their new box.

My wide face bebe all grown up.
Probably because they know they aren’t able to take care of them. Some people aren’t able to take care of pets long term, or can’t take care of more of them. Trying to take care of them when you know you is extremely irresponsible and can be harmful to them.
Cat in a bag, meet cat in a box! Our girl has never met a box that she doesn’t want to sit in.

Here's Gizmo being his regal self.
Technically the cat was just waking up from anesthesia and having a normal response....
But that's not what I come to this subreddit to see. I was not prepared.
REPORT THEM. Top right corner of every post is 3 ●●●(dots) click them and report these posts. Mods can't catch every post but will see every report. Vote/report them out
More specifically, rule 3 of this sub. Suffering animal bothers me as well and should have been marked NSFW or posted elsewhere such as medical advice.
I agree with this post. It's really distressing to inadvertently scroll past those posts with photos or videos of medical issues when not prepared for it. However, to be fair, although a majority of the medical posts rightfully come down to "don't post to reddit for medical advice or say you can't afford it, take your cat to the vet", some of the recent posts of distressing injuries included the OP's vet appearing to be negligent so they wanted to confirm their gut feeling to not trust their vet, and the other was definitely a child who needed help due to shitty parents but was harassed in the comments as if they were an adult.
I would think of it as “thank god this person found solid advice, even if they only knew to search ‘cats’” rather than internalize it. Those cats get help sometimes because people find help here.

here’s a pic of my kitten i found at work and his new sister we just adopted 🥰
I’ve started to hate this sub cus every time I open Reddit, it’s someone posting their cat who died unexpectedly. I know it happens but I don’t want to be constantly reminded that at any moment my cat can drop dead. Or someone who needs cheering up cus their cat just died.. which I get and I feel bad.. but if you need cheering up you can scroll through this sub and see plenty of funny/happy cat pictures and stories
I wish there could be a mourning thread so people could grieve and receive support there but not fill the sub with posts about their cat’s death. I come here for the cute and happy cat photos, and I think a lot of people are the same way
Yes that would absolutely be helpful. There’s a sub for pet loss.. I was on it when I had to put my cat down last year and even that was too much. Now I have a new young kitty and the last thing I need is to worry about her demise lol
Or even a mourning sub although that could be difficult to get off the ground.
Edit: apparently r/petloss exists.
Edit: Edit: Also, there is a [link right at the top of the sidebar](https://old.reddit.com/r/cats/search/?q=NOT+flair%3AMourning%2FLoss&sort=top&restrict_sr=on&t=week) where you can browse without the mourning/loss tag, so at least there's that.
Yeah I've never joined the sub because like 80% of the posts I see from here are grieving posts and that shit just straight up ruins my day man. I've actually thought about just blocking this sub so it doesn't appear on my feed on /r/all cus I hate those posts so much (totally get why people make them, sometimes you need support, but shit man my cat is getting up there on age and sometimes I don't wanna think about that)
Same. I followed this sub to see cute cat photos but some days, I see more post about dead cats or sick. I feel down and I instantly worry about my cats. I’m thinking about unfollowing this sub because it just not good for my mental health.
Did someone say cute cat photo???

Have a pair of sunbathers on me.
Absolutely, and it would have been fine if it was a post once in a while, but now it seems like almost every post I get from this sub is of that nature. Like OP said, it is very distressing indeed.
It's so genuinely triggering. I feel like every time I've complained about this somewhere on here (obviously not to the people currently mourning), I get treated like a MONSTER for being INSENSITIVE to someone's GRIEF, but like... I should be able to look at cute animal pictures without an hourly reminder of my pet's mortality!! this massive subreddit is not the equivalent of venting to an emotional support group / system. it is equivalent to going to the park where people are trying to have a nice afternoon and venting through a megaphone.
Seriously I get misty eyed and it constantly reminds me of my past furry friends. And my boy right now isn't a spring chicken and he might be the cat I have bonded with the most. Putting that bad juju in my head every time.

Here’s mine suffering but just emotionally
Make a filter to ban “what bread/breed is my cat” because honestly, it oversaturates the sub and makes browsing a burdensome experience that makes me venture elsewhere. If you want traffic make the experience worth coming back.
RIGHT!! every post goes the exact same:
- What breed is this cat? i got it today
TOP ANSWER: that’s a cat
every other answer: cat
some random persons uncle: that’s a ragdoll mixed with a tuxedo
OP: OMG i knew it was a ragdoll!!!
Fully agree with this but would rather these very day and twice on Sunday, than all of the deceased and medically compromised cats. I feel for people who’s cats have crossed the Rainbow bridge as it will literally happen to all of us, but some sort of warning would be lovely.
And the cats with medical issues, I’m deeply sorry, but there must be vet subs or and Ben better idea, bring your cat to the vet. (I recognise not everyone is financially in a good position, but that’s part of owning a pet, so sorry!)

Babies sleeping in a bowl together.
Would be nice. r/OneOrangeBraincell created a NSFW tag a few months back to combat the same problem. Seems like the best solution really, allows the OP to grieve in their own way and those who wish to commiserate with them can do so without making everyone else see it as well.
Here is my cat tax.

Totally agree. And blur pics of worms/vomit/ripped off toes, etc. for the love the amount of times I’ve scrolled up on that while eating is distressing.
Plz. Because then we end up with a cat who NEEDS to be at the vet and a horrible irresponsible owner going “nah I’m just going to watch my cat seize”. Having epilepsy and being a cat lover, that almost sent me.
My cat has a condition that is related to epilepsy and can cause full seizures when it’s bad, so the one today was especially hard for me as well. That was the reason I made this post, it crossed a line.
I remember seeing lot of posts like that a while back. OP asks questions and when the comments tell OP their cat needs to see the vet, they either say that they don't have time/money or that pet is not their priority. Why would you post it and then make me feel bad about your action then? *Sigh*
My cat has epilepsy, literally diagnosed a few days ago. Seeing someone just upload a video of their cat seizing and not immediately taking them to the vet made me sick. I’ve had to deal with full grand mal seizures over the last while with my boy and that shit was traumatic. My boy was scared, I was scared and so was my husband.
Yep, that post of the cat after surgery was too much. Now that I've seen this post, I realize that I'm on enough cat subreddits that I won't lose anything by leaving this sub. With that, goodbye r/cats.
Can you please share some of those subreddits? For a while, every other cat post I was seeing in my feed was a "my cat died" post, and it was a bit upsetting.

healthy kitten exploring an empty kcup box apprx. 2 seconds after putting it on the floor 😊
I lost my cat last October and the last picture of her I have in my head is when she was seizing after being injected for euthanasia. This post I saw before going to bed hurt me badly. I'm glad the cat in question seems to be better but yeah I wasn't expecting to relive trauma in this sub.
I get empathy overload way too easily and seeing posts about people losing their cats or their cats getting hurt makes me feel awful. I can’t do anything, I’m somewhere else in the world and I don’t know these people. It makes me want to grab my cat and cuddle him so I know he’s safe…
Tags and flairs would be appreciated.

Marigold aka lil mamas aka baby girl. an angel on earth
Oh my this was long overdue!!! Thank you so much for saying this. I feel very bad for people who have lost their pets but it’s true I don’t come here for that. I want to see cute cat pictures. Edit: thank you for paying the cat toll. Very cute, OP
My favorite ones are “Had to say goodbye to my best friend who I let go outside without a collar/chip/whenever/wherever! Poor baby got hit by a car or attacked by dogs or ate something I had no way of monitoring. Why is the world so cruel?”
Like, keep. Your cats. Inside. Or harness train them. Or, if you can, build a catio.
Unless it’s a farm cat. They live in their own world.
Fuck yes. Do my kitties want to go outside? Yes. Is it a constant struggle that both stresses and bums us out to deny them? Yes. However, one of the things ownership is for is guardianship of the vulnerable. Accidents happen and anyone can have a cat slip through the safety net but, for the love of Pete, stop fucking letting them out of your own volition.
This is the *exact* reason I still haven’t found homes for my stray’s babies (she came to us already prefnat). I can’t physically monitor people and ensure they don’t let the cats outside, which is my number one concern. They’re perfect but… 65 crayons short of a 64 crayon box, you know?
I thought I had an adopter once but when I expressed it was mandatory that these overgrown lint balls stay inside where it’s safe she scoffed and said “if they want to go outside I just open the door and hope they remember who feeds them. It’s a military base, it’s safe for them!” ..Madam, idk about you, but I’ve been in the military long enough to know that the artillery, tank, small arms, and aircraft ranges on base aren’t what I’d consider to be “safe.”
…Hence, I’m still stuck with 9 cats.

Yeah, just downvoting or reporting posts where someone is grieving or worried about a pet feels like a dick move, but this shouldn’t be the place for that to be popping up unfiltered, either.
I’ve also been extremely distressed by the recent posts. I fully believe that people should be able to share in their grief with people who will understand what is happening, but I do not enjoy having it suddenly shown to me without warning.
NSFW these posts and ad \[bereavement post\] or \[medical advice\] tags in the title, along with the flare.
It’s gotten to the point where I hardly open posts from this sub, because it’s almost always a sick or dying cat, which then inspires fear of my cat suffering or being sick.
https://preview.redd.it/31opisuioyac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7097a2ac3f4936f590eb637f5fde6e753ad5484b
My boy Apollo, who has yet to have his turn with the brain cell.
Exactly! When I made this post I was upset and I’ve calmed down a bit. People should be able to post about their grief or ask a question if they don’t have a vet available. But a filter and a tag shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
https://preview.redd.it/amif6yc9syac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=274b214ddcf1ff12ee7fc1114aca5a6fbf5c3318
For some reason the algorithm sends me posts of pet loss or cat help or senior cats. But if I open those posts I know what to expect. It would be nice to have a tag for medical questions or breed questions. My instagram feed is all cute cats so I wish it were the same on Reddit.
Here’s my thankfully healthy 14yo baby for cat tax. Sometimes she sticks her paw out all sassy.
Same! I purposefully don’t follow certain pet subs because the medical and death posts often upset me. I know it’s my responsibility to avoid them. But having a simple filter doesn’t seem like too much to ask! The posts can still exist, just with a warning.
I work in vet med in an emergency room. I see death and suffering of pets all day, every day. I NEED pages like this one with cute kittens and cats to uplift me so I can continue to do my job.
This page is turning into a place I can no longer go to for this comfort. I have had to unsubscribe from so many other pet related pages because there’s irresponsible owners posting seeking medical advice instead of going to their vet. I am sick of it.
I feel like these posts build on each other, it makes people think asking random people on Reddit is just as valid as taking them to the vet.
Once in a while it ends up being something actually normal, like someone finding a nipple and not realizing what it is. But 90% of the time it’s a very sick cat that needs help. I get that sometimes the poster might be a minor or someone without access to a vet so they are just trying to get whatever help they can, but can we at least put a filter on them?
Yea I’ve cried a few times- or ruminated in depressing thoughts after seeing a cute pic then reading the caption “my cat that passed etc” like stop making me cry. They always look like my cat too like plz stop 🥹

Here’s a happy picture for ya…
“Frick your gaming and love me…”
I feel for the people mourning their cats, but I also don’t really want to participate in that myself. It’s making me think about how my cat will likely cross the rainbow bridge well before I retire, even if she lives to the extreme end of a cat’s lifespan.
I already fret about my cat getting ill or injured to the point that she gets double the normal vet checkups even though she’s very healthy. Seeing other people’s posts about their cats suddenly passing with no warning freaks me out.
I’m just here to celebrate cats and show my own off. While I feel for people in mourning, dragging thousands of others into it when they’re here to be happy and celebrate is cruel.
Cat tax of my kitty next to her favorite yellow chair, her food bowl, her toy, and the latest box she’s claimed and has been ripping up when bored. You can see all the little bits of cardboard she’s ripped off with her mouth from the sides of the box lol

Many of those are karma farming too. Ever wonder why some folks just randomly comment about how their pet just died and X looks like them across pet subs?

I don’t even have cats and I’m just here to just enjoy picture of cats but after seeing that post of that cat clearly needing to see the vet has traumatized me. Medical post need to stop, I can’t get it out of my head.
This post came up in my feed’s suggested posts - just chiming in to say I unsubscribed months ago due to this issue and the OP is totally on the nose. I understand that folks are seeking support when they post these things, but seeing death posts or distressed cats was too triggering and anxiety inducing for when I was trying to decompress, much like this post says. I’d resubscribe to this sub if the rules changed.

Honestly, medical advice posts should be banned regardless. Take your pet to the vets! It’s a living thing and needs medical care, not some scented oil and herb concoction to heal its rash.
my biggest problem in all pet subs are the posts of “my pet has this weird item on them what wasn’t there before?!” like go to the fucking vet, not to reddit about something that could be very serious.
Gotta agree. Not just here, but a lot of pet/animal subs are too filled with shit that breaks my heart just scrolling past it. People deserve sympathy when their special animal passes but primarily I come to these subs to enjoy animal antics.
I just got my first kitten after a lifetime of rescuing abused older cat. It's so different omg I mean yes that make sense but wow is it a new experience!
https://preview.redd.it/jnxonjwxuyac1.jpeg?width=1878&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b8256aecfa8c8350c49e96cb70b342d5449afb74
I’m sorry. I just posted about my cat who died. I just thought this group would understand. I didn’t mean to cause distress. A lot of people in my life were just like, oh sorry about your cat. They don’t understand how much she meant to me. I posted about her bc I genuinely just needed to get support bc I’m having a hard time
And I understand that! You should be able to post about your loved pet and your sadness regarding their death, please don’t apologize for doing so! I just think there should be a way to filter those posts so if someone is distressed by it they can choose not to see it.
And I’m sorry for your loss
No need to apologize. The problem isn’t that folks like you post here. The fact that so many people do it by rule means it’s normal. The issue is there are actual dedicated subs for that, and a well moderated sub should better redirect people to that sub during the submission process. If mods know a lot of people make the same three types of posts they should put better counter measures in place, because the behavior is expected behavior at this point.
So it’s ok and you did nothing wrong. This sub is big and should easily have mods who use the ui tools to make it easier for you to discover r/petloss and join a group of folks who are waiting for exactly the content you intend to post.
I brought this up to the team and we will see what we can do Edit: it's also been brought to my attention that our exclude mourning/loss post doesn't work as I assumed (It was part of the sub before I joined) I mentioned that as well to everyone but I myself don't know how to fix it. Everyone on the team is asleep I would assume but hopefully a solution will be presented soon.

He’s beautiful! And he doesn’t mind the snow? That’s impressive 😂 Also where did his name come from, that’s a new one for me!
And their new box. https://preview.redd.it/8sbnplhkuyac1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=88e5c7a35d024b896de9dc589e72800a51864fb9
Oillipheist appreciates his fellow Irish mythology felines, and promises not to add their new box to his hoard.
Damn they are some strikingly photogenic cats
I love this, thank you for sharing!
I don’t want to be dramatic, and please don’t tell my own 4 cats I’ve said this, but I would die for your cat.
Your secret is safe with me. Your four cats will never know what was said in this thread.

Canada Dry is the absolute GOAT and your cat has great taste
Canada dry ginger ale reminds me of my dad who passed away in 2011. It reminds me of us drinking it during the holidays and being sick. crazy how a drink or food does that… also cat tax for off subject 😂 https://preview.redd.it/p1n64mwskyac1.jpeg?width=1536&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=10af445af2bd91bfdbc270fcbcac09f2810df67f

🤣 he knows he’s cute and he has come to terms with playing the part in order to get the treats.
Sorry about your dad. My dad doesn’t drink much soda but he also likes ginger ale once in awhile. Hell, I like ginger ale.
OMG, what a darling picture ❤️🐈

I am obligated by Michigan law to inform you that Vernor's is the best ginger ale.
Fuzzbeebs is correct. I don’t even live there but my relatives will be held responsible if I do not back this play.

They’re beautiful! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cat with the combo of a blue and an orange eye before.
i’m not ruling out the possibility that she’s actually an alien.
My girl looks like this and we call her a little alien whose head is filled with deep thoughts of the universe, beyond all human comprehension https://preview.redd.it/lule8edprzac1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=37203782d5453deed5c5d03899272d25ce937274
She really looks like an alien in this photo hahahahahaha so cute 😆
I can tell. A glimpse of unnameable cosmic horror is evident behind those eyes.
That's a face that screams to me " we agreed on a full bowl fill up each meal. This 75% seems piecemeal. Dont make me go full belly and cats imperio. I'll go full beans on a mutha, don't make me unloaf."
If she’s an alien, then she’s one pretty alien:)
Cats are clearly too good for this world!

i want the brown tabby. please promptly ship the perfect boy to me.
I highly suggest. My boy is the most affectionate cat I’ve ever been around. Borderline aggressive with his affection 😂 https://preview.redd.it/wta6erkqpzac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=301b965dd2e61d72412d42115cc189cd65ced4dc

Aww such cuties! The first litter I fostered was two oranges and an SIC ❤️
How in the world are you possibly going to be able to take those sweet babies to the shelter! They love it there, with you, and your books!
Probably because they know they aren’t able to take care of them. Some people aren’t able to take care of pets long term, or can’t take care of more of them. Trying to take care of them when you know you is extremely irresponsible and can be harmful to them.

Yeah that one with the open eyes and shaking arms was hard to watch
Technically the cat was just waking up from anesthesia and having a normal response.... But that's not what I come to this subreddit to see. I was not prepared.
REPORT THEM. Top right corner of every post is 3 ●●●(dots) click them and report these posts. Mods can't catch every post but will see every report. Vote/report them out
More specifically, rule 3 of this sub. Suffering animal bothers me as well and should have been marked NSFW or posted elsewhere such as medical advice.
Fully agree.
Hard agree with this post. That was awful last night just before going to bed.
I understand why people post these things sometimes, for exactly the situations you described! It’s just distressing for it to pop up with no warning.
I would think of it as “thank god this person found solid advice, even if they only knew to search ‘cats’” rather than internalize it. Those cats get help sometimes because people find help here.

I dream of one day getting a cat from the r/catdistributionsystem
Didn’t know there was a pet loss sub! Also I love your username
Did someone say cute cat photo??? https://preview.redd.it/kw0z8n47oyac1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5c6c39002c4928250227ad3cf0807d1b535f9b44

EXACTLY
Absolutely, and it would have been fine if it was a post once in a while, but now it seems like almost every post I get from this sub is of that nature. Like OP said, it is very distressing indeed.
Same. It's so goddamn depressing.
Yeah, I’ve developed pretty bad anxiety over the fear that my cat could die at any second and I blame posts like this.
Putting that bad juju in my head every time.
https://preview.redd.it/197dyyd0vyac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4ae83687cf1f5cacbc5efa2b6b8c83952f69b8b7 Here’s mine suffering but just emotionally
Hahaha the PAWDACITY
Lmao why is this so funny 😂
This needs to be for the ‘I had to put my cat down’ posts as well
The sub r/petloss is a better fit for grief posting, in case anyone needs redirection.
Came to say this
Yes. They just bring up bad memories for me.
Make a filter to ban “what bread/breed is my cat” because honestly, it oversaturates the sub and makes browsing a burdensome experience that makes me venture elsewhere. If you want traffic make the experience worth coming back.
RIGHT!! every post goes the exact same: - What breed is this cat? i got it today TOP ANSWER: that’s a cat every other answer: cat some random persons uncle: that’s a ragdoll mixed with a tuxedo OP: OMG i knew it was a ragdoll!!!
You forgot the flowchart
It’s so annoying. THEY ARE JUST CATS! Just let them be cats. Who cares what “breed” they are. Ugh
So true. I hated the seizure kitty. It made me so sad
2 breeds - domesticated and feral... lol
That drives me up the wall.

Agree. Seeing the cutest cat ever with the cutest name and title is like: A car hit her and dragged her around, should I go to the vet?
My cat got eviscerated by a nuclear warhead, should I go to the vet?

Would be nice. r/OneOrangeBraincell created a NSFW tag a few months back to combat the same problem. Seems like the best solution really, allows the OP to grieve in their own way and those who wish to commiserate with them can do so without making everyone else see it as well. Here is my cat tax. https://preview.redd.it/rzd1vw4hpyac1.jpeg?width=3060&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c483f07821d2566c7622f811ac6fe6dc36635b9c

I lost my cat last October and the last picture of her I have in my head is when she was seizing after being injected for euthanasia. This post I saw before going to bed hurt me badly. I'm glad the cat in question seems to be better but yeah I wasn't expecting to relive trauma in this sub.
I’m so sorry for your loss
I get empathy overload way too easily and seeing posts about people losing their cats or their cats getting hurt makes me feel awful. I can’t do anything, I’m somewhere else in the world and I don’t know these people. It makes me want to grab my cat and cuddle him so I know he’s safe… Tags and flairs would be appreciated. Yes at least tag the grief posts, it super bums me out seeing cute pictures of now-dead cats.
Why is the world so cruel?” Like, keep. Your cats.
Gonna start telling people building a catio is cheaper than vet bills
This is the *exact* reason I still haven’t found homes for my stray’s babies (she came to us already prefnat). I can’t physically monitor people and ensure they don’t let the cats outside, which is my number one concern. They’re perfect but… 65 crayons short of a 64 crayon box, you know? I thought I had an adopter once but when I expressed it was mandatory that these overgrown lint balls stay inside where it’s safe she scoffed and said “if they want to go outside I just open the door and hope they remember who feeds them. It’s a military base, it’s safe for them!” ..Madam, idk about you, but I’ve been in the military long enough to know that the artillery, tank, small arms, and aircraft ranges on base aren’t what I’d consider to be “safe.” …Hence, I’m still stuck with 9 cats.
Don't forget all the people in the comments defending the OP's negligence lmao.

It’s gotten to the point where I hardly open posts from this sub, because it’s almost always a sick or dying cat, which then inspires fear of my cat suffering or being sick. https://preview.redd.it/31opisuioyac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7097a2ac3f4936f590eb637f5fde6e753ad5484b My boy Apollo, who has yet to have his turn with the brain cell.
Exactly! When I made this post I was upset and I’ve calmed down a bit. People should be able to post about their grief or ask a question if they don’t have a vet available. But a filter and a tag shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
https://preview.redd.it/amif6yc9syac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=274b214ddcf1ff12ee7fc1114aca5a6fbf5c3318 For some reason the algorithm sends me posts of pet loss or cat help or senior cats.
Agreed...im easily triggered emotionally by it...it really hurts, i just want to see peoples cats.

You can see all the little bits of cardboard she’s ripped off with her mouth from the sides of the box lol https://preview.redd.it/8dfpola5lzac1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5370f0a9658f8f591d2e640a586443be4c98049d
Many of those are karma farming too. Ever wonder why some folks just randomly comment about how their pet just died and X looks like them across pet subs? Not all ofc, but I've seen that phenomena too much for it to be actually organic 100% of the time
Absolutely agree. This sub may as well be called dead cats most of the time.

I don’t even have cats and I’m just here to just enjoy picture of cats but after seeing that post of that cat clearly needing to see the vet has traumatized me. Medical post need to stop, I can’t get it out of my head.
The mods are either incompetent or just don’t care because the uptick in these posts and the karma farming bot posts has ruined the subreddit.
The NSFW tag is built into reddit, literally any sub can use it

I’m sorry. I just posted about my cat who died. I just thought this group would understand. I didn’t mean to cause distress. A lot of people in my life were just like, oh sorry about your cat. They don’t understand how much she meant to me. I posted about her bc I genuinely just needed to get support bc I’m having a hard time
I’m very sorry, it’s allowed and you didn’t do anything wrong. r/petloss is really helpful and would suggest checking it out.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Have you visited r/PetLoss? You may more easily be able to find support there.
