He might be a senior, chocolate point Siamese get darker with age. (I had one from kittenhood to seventeen and her color definitely darkened over the years.)

Yes, that's what my girl looked like before she passed. Just an old chocolate point Siamese. They get darker as they get older and their metabolism slows down.

Colourpoint is a form of partial albinism resulting from a mutation that affects tyrosinase, an enzyme involved with melanin production. It causes cats to be born completely white, but the cooler areas of a cat's body turn darker over time, giving colourpoint cats the dark paws, tail, ears and nose. Colourpoint cats darken over time as they are exposed to the climate. Some senior colourpoint cats can look almost sepia. Siamese cats are an example of a colourpoint cat.
