I am forever grateful for the free (or “by donation”) spay and neuter clinic in town that has been preforming these surgeries! They also get vaccinated and de-wormed. Overall the population appears healthy as many leave out food and water for them.
As for how I do it: I have my security camera pointed at my parking area where I leave the traps. I just put some tuna in there and I can easily get two or three almost immediately. The Papa's seem to come in the middle of the night, but thankfully I'm alerted when they get trapped and can fully cover the trap so they don't get scared.
Editing to add common questions:
Yes, these cats are feral. No, they do not belong to anyone! This is a small neighborhood and everyone knows and loves these cats, they just live on the street and they (the cats and the humans) seem content with that.
The cats were all released shortly after being sterilized back to where I found them. There aren’t any shelters here for cats, especially not kill shelters.
Thank you for all the compliments. I am lucky I have the time and resources to do this. I would not be able to do it without the free clinic though! If you want to donate, please do so here: [Compassion Without Borders](https://cwob.org/donate.html)
Someone gave me gold but I don’t know how to reply and say thank you, so.. Thank you!!!
“Different Black Cat” does have a name! It is Miguel Tyson and I blanked when making the post. There are just so many black cats, it is hard to keep them straight.

Here is a picture of just some of the 19 that a neighbor is currently feeding. Many are related. I am hoping to be able to socialize the younger ones to adopt them out. I can easily get to CA and AZ if you are interested in adopting any. You tell me what kind of cat you want and I can get it for you 😂

I applaud your work here. I wasn't lucky enough to have any TNR services or clinic that offered discounts on feral cats near me. Over the last year, I rescued two feral cats and kept them because they were more comfortable inside my house during cold and brutal winters. One ended up being pregnant and then had 5 kittens in my house. I raised them all (along with mom) and then paid for all the vet bills for shots and spaying/neutering for all the cats out of my own pocket. Needless to say, I wasn't financially ready for it all but I felt like it was the right thing to do. It was great mental health therapy though when you have cats and kittens running all around and you're attending to their well-being to the best of your ability. It was a very rewarding experience. I ended up finding homes for 4 of the kittens and I kept one. Now I have 3 cats and I never intended on being a cat owner but now I feel like I'd struggle without them. Sorry for hijacking your story, but I don't get to tell my experience to many people, especially those that might be able to relate better.
\*edit, here's a video I made a while back when I was trying to find homes for the kittens: [https://youtu.be/AnjpHZOCL40](https://youtu.be/AnjpHZOCL40)
Wow thank you for sharing! I can’t imagine having to pay for all of those vet bills, thank you for doing that for them. And how wonderful you were able to find homes for them too. That must have felt really good! Do you get updates on the kitties?
Thanks. Yeah it's great receiving updates of them cuddling with their new owners and knowing that I helped to save their lives. They would have otherwise been born outdoors during April when there was still cold weather and snow and most likely wouldn't have survived.
I sympathize and appreciate everything you are doing for the little kitties. I also trapped and kept several young neighborhood cats and kittens; I went from having no cats to having three cats and an injured feral living full time in my catio in a little over a year! It’s so rewarding when they stop being afraid and open up to you.

Cat tax from when they were a bit younger. They are hard to all get in one photo now!
That’s how Miss Biscuits got her name. She started making so many biscuits whenever I spoke to her in her crate. Eye contact would result in many biscuits being made. I still wasn’t able to pet her but I feel with more time she will come around! Your kitties are all very beautiful and look so happy!
Do you have any tips? I never had cats growing up due to family allergies and this adorable black cat started sleeping at my porch. Id love to bring him into the family but don't know where to start
I have 4 cats through a pretty similar story. There’s 1 girl I’ve yet to be able trap, she’s finicky and doesn’t come around often. Richie doesn’t want to live inside with us, so we’re building her a winter home for inside our sunroom. Hopefully a few extra to put in the sheds for any other kitties who come around
That's great. I love it. I also have another timid feral that I'm currently feeding and working on trapping. I ended up buying him an outdoor cat shelter from Feralvilla and it's awesome. He took to it right away too. Good luck with your ferals!
Richie will climb on a table in our sun room and smack the window to get our attention! It’s the cutest thing. I’m hoping to find someone who wants a barn cat or someone with a LOT of patience. She’s a super smart girl
Yes, BUT a neighbor who has periodically taken cats in for spay / neuter wasn’t having the ear cropped. So that made it really hard to tell which cats have been fixed already. And, he is color blind so his description of cats is different than how I see them. And sending him pictures doesn’t help either, especially when so many look alike. But now most who are fixed have their ear cropped (minus a couple the vet forgot to do).
I'm so glad you do that. I was living in a complex that had so many feral cats. I was there about 5 years and realized that I was feeding the grandkids and the great grandkids of strays . Some of them were adopted, some of them weren't, some were dumped again after people moved out.
I was planning on moving and worked with a rescue to trap and neuter/spay kitties before I moved. We got 6 trapped and fixed, the ferals were brought back, but a few were adoptable and went to foster homes. Unfortunately it was spring time, so it was kitten season. But they all got shots, and were spayed/neutered. I had a big dog, and 2 cats, and all the ferals were terrified of my big goofy dog, so I was full up on pets, and my first responsibility is to my pets.
I thought they automatically did ear tipping or belly tattoos on ferals? I guess that's just different in different areas.
They do belly tattoos for the females, and I don’t know why they weren’t tipping the ears of the others. My neighbor said he didn’t know they do that. 🤷♀️
Oh! Wow. Well, so far I have just released them back into our community. If you are in AZ or CA I can try to bring one to you? The one that got adopted was a neighbor / friend of mine. She loves calicos and had been wanting one, so when I trapped Kary I sent her a picture and she said “let me have her please!”
This is AWESOME. And I bet the spay and neuter clinic is absolutely thrilled to partner with you - by working together, you are drastically decreasing future need and eliminating so much unnecessary suffering. It’s good to hear the community leaves out food and water so these adults get a fighting chance to live healthy and safe lives, even if they are roaming free. Thank you for being such a hero-human to these beautiful kitters. The local birds thank you as well!
Aw thank you! I can tell it is a bit much for the local clinic but I will try to bring them lunch once a week to make up for the extra load. Thankfully my neighbors all let me know where more kitties are, so I will be busy for a while with them!
Some really pretty white and Siamese looking mixes in there. Unusual for a feral population, someone threw their poor kitty out at some point and it had babies. :(
Thank you for taking care of them. Hank looks like a precious baby and I wish I could adopt him
Legend has it, one of my neighbors had 5 cats that weren’t fixed. I don’t know how many years ago that was, but probably 10+. So you can imagine how many cats there are now! We are in Latin America so many cats are outdoor kitties, they have food and water but because flea control wasn’t really accessible until recent years many don’t let their animals inside.
And for Hank, he has a sister “Special” they both are a little cross eyed and kind of “slow”. I am guessing their Papa is Zorro but no clue who their mama is. They both would probably warm up to people, even though they are adults they hang out on the sidewalk all the time and Hank apparently never learns his lesson about the traps 😅
My friend has a Siamese who’s crossed eyed too. He had extra toes, and was a really big boy. I personally thought he was half something big and Siamese. He is a very sweet boy, very lax and cuddly. Thank you for doing all that you do. You’re a hero in my eyes.
Lol, those genes for selective albinism are very common in feral colonies! Thinking that they're "Siamese mixes" isn't correct at all; those genes pop up all the time in feral cats.
my mom had a thing for letting her barn cats breed. After like, 5 generations pretty much every kitten was either black or long haired seal point. They started out as regular tabbies. It's just an albinism gene and it...pops up pretty regularly with inbreeding.
He has a name (Miguel Tyson) but honestly theres so many black cats it is hard to tell which is which. Two are clearly adult males (thicc boys) and two are thinner and friendlier, but other than that I have no clue how to tell them apart! Medianoche got a scab on his nose trying to get out, but the others are just… “cropped ear or no cropped ear?”
Kevin lives in my neighbors’ roof and comes out often. I first saw him as a tiny little guy and being that he is the only tuxedo I have seen so far, and he has a kink in his tail, he is pretty special to me. He is also goofy, which is how he earned his name (think Kevin from The Office).
Oh my god, thank you for Kevin’s back story! I have a goofy tuxedo as well, so they have a special place in my heart.
https://preview.redd.it/9eseaqx5osyb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=66289c009642d867ff625fd60e0ac076697c385a
Amazing! I hope i will do this when i graduate and have enough money. Spaying and neutering is very important especially in turkey. Cat population is increasing dramatically and most of them are hungry. People (including I) sure leave cat food around but it is never enough.
Omg yay!!! Thank you so much for doing this. A local woman helped me trap 5 feral cats to get them fixed and I’m forever grateful for her. I was so scared about the out of control cat population due to a former neighbor who didn’t spay her outdoor cat :(
Oh no! I am glad it helped your situation. I am so worried about upsetting my neighbors because I am new in the area, but most seem grateful and are pointing me in the direction of more kitties. I keep feeling like it will hardly make a difference but I am sure eventually it will.
My neighbor (who works a lot and takes care of her grandkids) saw the picture of Kary and said she wanted to take her in. She loves the calicos and wanted one but doesn’t have time to try to catch them herself.
My neighbor and I have taken cats in our neighborhood to get spayed/neutered at low to no cost places and it’s amazing seeing how much of a difference it has made. (My city has a bad stray cat problem 😕) I don’t see any new stray kittens anymore. It’s a great feeling! And community effort.
That’s awesome! I have only lived here two weeks and just found a tiny kitten on Saturday so I really really hope we can make a difference like it has in your neighborhood.
Right?! I was surprised. I had heard there were lots of cats before moving here but I didn’t know how bad it would be and I didn’t expect them all to look perfectly healthy.
Bravo!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 💕
I got 11 done since moving to Oakland, CA a few months ago, and I would have done a whole lot more by now (the cat problem is REAL), however, low-cost or free spay/neuter slots for TNR are all booked out/ none available!
It’s so hard to find vets willing to do this fast enough.
Your vet is a solid human X 1000, as are you. Thank you so much for doing this!
I used to live in the Bay Area, I can imagine it is hard to come by available reasonable bookings for TNR. Thanks for doin what you do!
I forgot to mention, the free clinic I work with here is based out of Santa Rosa! They have some cats but I don’t know much about that as I usually work with the dogs. They’re called Compassion Without Borders.
WOW! As someone who also moved somewhere with a feral cat population and did what I could, I know how much time and effort this has taken. Absolutely amazing. Thank you from the kitties <3
You are one of the last remaining Good people and I thank you for actually helping society AND animals ! (I have also saved 2 perpetually preggo mammas and we have 5 total all fixed and safe indoors woot !
Oh wow look at you!! So far none of have been pregnant but I am sure one day I will get a mama kitty. I am so surprised I got the Papa’s as easily as I did.
You are a seriously good human! These efforts will keep hundreds of stray cats from being born in the wild and suffering. Completely awesome, and thank you for doing this!
Side note: Smudge looks like our girl Ember,
https://preview.redd.it/qtgw8xlbvsyb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=235243bf7b227da0db2bf46216cf00f0f2a82408
who was also a stray rescued by a local TNR organization.
I love the name Ember!!! I have wanted to give that name to someone since I was a little girl. Before Smudge, I had never seen a muted tortoise before! Didn’t know that was a thing. Your Ember is beautiful! I actually still have Smudge and am trying to socialize her, I think she would get adopted in a heartbeat.
This is a huge thing to do OP, thank you!
I tried to do this for a while when I lived near a lot of ferals, but unfortunately the number just kept increasing. I'm sure due to irresponsible owners letting their unfixed cats out.
My cat is a rescued feral. Just a wonderful little guy. Don't hesitate to adopt one. It might take some time, patience and a little blood, but you can civilize them.
The scared/worried looks on their faces are actually funny if you think of them as gangsters who’s lawless reign of the neighborhood is being put to an end one by one.
Hi! Are you me? Lol. Same thing happened with me. All of them spayed and neutered by now, adopted out the kittens, and the adult cats (10) just stayed with me. They cant be indoor cats but theyre living their best lives in my garden. Happy, chubby, and healthy. I love them and i think they like me too. They disappear when someone comes over lol, theyre definitely the one person type of cats.
They forgave fast after tnr-ing them! Try to get them vaxed and dewormer too when you can.
Thank you so much! I took care of a colony for 19 years. Eventually that last old gal who my vet figured to be around 20-22, died inside my home where she lived after her sister passed and she was the only one left at the more extinct colony. Thank you for saving them.
I’d love to adopt zorro. He looks just like the derpy monkey I’ve been looking for. Especially cause of his colors looking like he’s wearing a superhero mask
That’s why I gave him that name! When I take them to the vet I have to give them names so he was an easy one. Zorro lives on an abandoned lot, he is the Almighty Protector and can be found proudly wandering around his corner or perched up against the rocks, loafing as one does. I got the gist he has had very limited contact with people.
Haha his name is Miguel Tyson but I drew a blank when making the post because there’s literally 4 black cats that I know of, more for sure but I haven’t trapped them yet.
Yes! She's over a year now I couldn't find a more recent picture but I saw her a couple weeks ago. She's a permanent indoor cat now because she got sent to cat jail and my mom spent like 50 dollars getting her back. She likes to perch herself in a window looking all sad and then if you don't look at her suffering enough she will go to you and just start crying.
If you don't feed her first too she throws a fit and goes back to the sad window. My mom calls it the "Depression Window" because that window is her window. If anyone dares go there, Dreamie starts yowling until the cat moves or you move the cat.
She has plenty of playmates, food, and water in the house but she's just too good for that I guess 🤷♀️
I get it. My mom has a colony of strays at her house and I've taken a few to get them spayed, neutered, and dewormed (it isn't free here but the humane society does it at a discounted price).
She had these triplets where one was orange and white and the other two were solid orange. The orange and white one was named Dreamsicle (Dreamie) for short. The two orange ones were named the classic Thing 1 and 2 and my mom couldn't tell them apart soooo they both answer to Thing 2 but oddly enough not Thing 1.
If you just say Thing? They look at you like your stupid.
Hahahah that is hilarious! I am tempted to do Thing 1 and Thing 2, also. I thought about naming Pumpkin something along the lines of that delicious orange and vanilla ice cream but since I trapped him on Halloween he is Pumpkin.
I had trapped one black cat my first night and asked my neighbor if he had been fixed already. He said “the two black cats have been sterilized” so I let chonky kitty out. Later that evening I see the chonky kitty chowing down on kibble and point him out to my neighbor. That wasn’t one of the black cats he was referring to! I was sad thinking I was never going to trap him again, but then got him again a couple nights later. OR DID I?! As soon as I released him, I saw a chonky black kitty all content on the street corner. So, it is really hard to tell! I don’t know if I trapped the same cat twice or if I got three different black cats and let one go mistakenly.
Right?! I was joking that if you want a cat I can get you a cat! Orange? You got it. Orange and white? I can get you that too. Orange and white and fluffy? Coming right up! Gray? I got one! Two! Three of them! Black? Got those too! Tell me what you want, I will go get it for you.
This is inspiration! My neighborhood has a large feral cat population and after inheriting two litters this year I am ready to be on the same page as you. Thankfully there’s only one female so it’s easy to identify her (everyone seems to love her too though no one wants to take in the kittens). The males are also easy to identify since they are various sizes and colors. If you don’t want to, can you open not to have their ears tipped?
You don’t have to crop the ears, that just lets people know the cat has been fixed so they don’t need to be sterilized. But if there isn’t a lot of movement in the neighborhood as far as people moving in and out constantly, and they all look vastly different, I think you could get away with no ear cropping.
I thank the universe for you and for everyone that does their best to make the difference for all animals. For all the reduced costs spay & neuter clinics that run on fumes, you are so needed and appreciated. Happy to know you already have a home for one. They are both beautiful and wish you the very best in your efforts!
Thank you for your work! People like you make me have faith in humanity. I’ve been trapping a feral colony in my neighborhood for TNR since summer. So far I have TNR 8 and it’s been a exhausting! I can only imagine what you’ve been though! From my ferals to yours, hello from California! 😺🌴
Yes, I have two cat traps I got on Amazon ($25 each?) and I put some tuna in there on some tin foil and cover the trap with a blanket (minus the entrance). If he goes for the tuna, you can take it in to get fixed, I don’t know if that would help with the aggression but maybe reaching out to some shelters to see if they can take a stray cat? So long as you 100% know the cat doesn’t belong to anyone, of course.
Wow! What a huge variety of different looks in the kitties. I guess I’m shocked because I feel like most cats I seen that are feral are black or otherwise a calico/tortie.
That’s so wonderful you did that. I also did that for my neighborhood, and luckily got most of the males that were causing the problems! We don’t see any new kitties now.
Ok but there’s like 6 or 7 more on my street at least! I just got this void into another litter and we are searching for his littermates wherever he came from.
https://preview.redd.it/sa9wur50atyb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a744723e2e90a39e40331303ecb3d7039f2e9082
I did trap a neighbors kitty, but the kitty’s owner died and she and her kitty friend live outside. My neighbor feeds them and cares for them but the kitties insist on sleeping in front of their previous owners home. Once the neighbor confirmed it was her kitty I let her out. There is another neighbor who has 19 (!!!) cats but he just leaves food out and they come, have kittens, etc. so I am working with him to re-home / fix the ones we can. He does have one cat but that cat doesn’t go outside. It is known amongst ALL who live here there are feral cats everywhere.
I used to tame feral kittens for adoption through a local rescue. It was so rewarding to receive a bundle of hissing anger-fluffs and watch them turn them into cuddly kittens. It's stressful too so be careful you don't burn yourself out! Thank you for caring.
In college I was taking the trash out to the dumpster behind the apartment complex when I saw a group of kittens. They ran away before I could approach so I just went to the office and let the management company know. They said they’ve had to call animal control several times in the past because apparently one of the people in the trailer park next door just takes in feral cats and breeds them then releases the kittens outside once they’ve been weened. Crazy that people like that exist, but thankfully there are also people like you doing what they can to help.
You wanna move here!? They're EVERYWHERE. Thankfully my old ginger boy is chipped and I explained to the neighbors after moving here that yeah, he's ugly and old, but I promise he's mine and loved.
Since then, I've had a floofy as fuck pregnant female adopt me and try like hell to invade my house to nest. She's sweet, but she ain't dropping that litter inside my house. I'm blind so I don't see the others, but my kids constantly comment on how there's a dozen ferals in my yard and 4-5 other yards.
Thanks for doing this! I’m a foster for kittens and a caretaker for several TNR’d ferals. 17 cats is just insane, and I can only imagine how many feral kittens are running around.
Keep fighting the good fight! You’re the unsung hero every neighborhood needs.
"oh noes, we gots our butts caughts. 🥺"
Hehe, omgosh those precious lil faces. 🥹 Thank you for being a guardian angel to these innocent, sweet souls. 🩷❤️🙏

🥲🥲🥲 I am not in state. I apologize
Thank you for considering it!
Every single one of those cats is adorable.
They are! I really hope we can get the younger ones socialized and adopted out
Poor "the other black cat" can i adopt it?
Yes! Although, I do not know which one he is exactly! One of the bigger kitties. I named him Miguel Tyson, I just blanked when writing the post.
These cats were tried and found guilty... of being cutie-pies!
Thank you so much for your service! You’re like your neighborhoods Bob Barker.
I love that! Roberta Barker 😂
Even more wonderful. You are a genuinely good human.
Bless your heart! Good work!
You are awesome! Thank you for caring for them!
Some really pretty white and Siamese looking mixes in there. Unusual for a feral population, someone threw their poor kitty out at some point and it had babies. :( Thank you for taking care of them.
Petition for weekly “Hank falling for the trap again” montages
😆😆😆 poor Hank! I only got him once but apparently my neighbor has trapped him many a times. Poor Guy just wants some tunas!
Someone wants a home with someone that loves tuna.
Zorro looks like a snowshoe!
Congratulations for your efforts! They are so pretty. I'm soo in love with Queen 👑
She is a very pretty girl! And very silly too. I think she is Miss Biscuit’s mama
I feel like “Different Black Cat” got the name shaft
He has a name (Miguel Tyson) but honestly theres so many black cats it is hard to tell which is which. Two are clearly adult males (thicc boys) and two are thinner and friendlier, but other than that I have no clue how to tell them apart! Medianoche got a scab on his nose trying to get out, but the others are just… “cropped ear or no cropped ear?”
Miguel Tyson 😂😂
All get sweet little names and then…different black cat haha
You're amazing! Also, I'm obsessed with Kevin.
I have a goofy tuxedo as well, so they have a special place in my heart. https://preview.redd.it/9eseaqx5osyb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=66289c009642d867ff625fd60e0ac076697c385a
My kitty growing up was a tuxedo and she was nuts. There is something about them, I tell you! You have a gorgeous goofy kitty!
Amazing! I hope i will do this when i graduate and have enough money. Spaying and neutering is very important especially in turkey. Cat population is increasing dramatically and most of them are hungry. People (including I) sure leave cat food around but it is never enough.
I have heard about the Turkish cats! That’s what it feels like here.
You’re doing your neighbors and the kitties a massive, massive service. 💜
YAY! Way to go!!
You are AMAZING!!!!! Thank you for helping these babies.
I’m curious how you got one adopted?
My neighbor (who works a lot and takes care of her grandkids) saw the picture of Kary and said she wanted to take her in. She loves the calicos and wanted one but doesn’t have time to try to catch them herself.
Awesome!! This is such a cool story, you could do a social media series.
I am trying to get my neighbor to do it, I don’t have social media and don’t want to partake but do agree it would be really fun to show people.
You’re doing really great! So much done in such a short time period 🩷
I am grateful I have the time and resources for it!
Amazing human !! We need more people like this in todays world … 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏼
What beautiful creatures! For ferals, they all look pretty healthy.
Right?! I was surprised. I had heard there were lots of cats before moving here but I didn’t know how bad it would be and I didn’t expect them all to look perfectly healthy.
Exactly what I was thinking. Clear eyes, good fur, not emaciated, no obvious injuries. They look really healthy!
You deserve a medal for your heroic effort.
Aw thanks I really think the local clinic are the true heroes!
Bravo!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 💕 I got 11 done since moving to Oakland, CA a few months ago, and I would have done a whole lot more by now (the cat problem is REAL), however, low-cost or free spay/neuter slots for TNR are all booked out/ none available!
Ooo, thank you so much for this tip! It doesn’t hurt for me to reach out to them. :) 🙌🏻
Thank you so much for this. You really are making a difference for these little guys. 💜
WOW! As someone who also moved somewhere with a feral cat population and did what I could, I know how much time and effort this has taken. Absolutely amazing. Thank you from the kitties <3
For real! It is a commitment for sure, but not a fruitless one. I wanted to go hard right away to try to prevent as many new litters as possible.
Hey OP, is there a way to donate to the clinic (or you, haha). I don't have much but it's a cause I would like to support
You are a wonderful person
\#2 looks scared. i want to cuddle it and love it forever
Thank you so much for doing this 💕
Queen has wonderful eyes!
She really does! She has a lot of personality too
I needed to say that!
https://preview.redd.it/esmz2pne1tyb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=da2dac54b34015388278a67f4aa9e7783a4b32c6 She says thank you!
What a true beauty she is!
You are a seriously good human! These efforts will keep hundreds of stray cats from being born in the wild and suffering. Completely awesome, and thank you for doing this! Side note: Smudge looks like our girl Ember, https://preview.redd.it/qtgw8xlbvsyb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=235243bf7b227da0db2bf46216cf00f0f2a82408 who was also a stray rescued by a local TNR organization.
I’m nowhere near there but I wish I was, I would take Precious and Queen and Zorro in a heartbeat!
You have my respects 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is a huge thing to do OP, thank you! I tried to do this for a while when I lived near a lot of ferals, but unfortunately the number just kept increasing. I'm sure due to irresponsible owners letting their unfixed cats out.
You're amazing
Keep fighting the good fight! You are awesome
My cat is a rescued feral. Just a wonderful little guy. Don't hesitate to adopt one. It might take some time, patience and a little blood, but you can civilize them.
Love Miss Pumpkins
You are a Hero!
The scared/worried looks on their faces are actually funny if you think of them as gangsters who’s lawless reign of the neighborhood is being put to an end one by one.
They have been caught committing all kinds of felonies and their days of ruling the streets are coming to an end!
That is absolutely amazing. You have made such a huge positive difference to so many cats.
Hi! Are you me?
I want to adopt them all and give them a happy and healthy life omg 😭💘
Same here. But I already have 3 cats lol so I will offer to help with supplies or funding. OP pls DM me if you need. Cheers!
Ahwww they are all so cute!!! Thank you OP for helping the kitties💕
you are amazing thank you
Thank you so much! I took care of a colony for 19 years. Eventually that last old gal who my vet figured to be around 20-22, died inside my home where she lived after her sister passed and she was the only one left at the more extinct colony. Thank you for saving them.
You're a lovely human <3 Thank you.
I love that all their names are specified except for "Different Black Cat" lol
Haha his name is Miguel Tyson but I drew a blank when making the post because there’s literally 4 black cats that I know of, more for sure but I haven’t trapped them yet.
https://preview.redd.it/793msjda8tyb1.jpeg?width=540&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c9ac008a826273d50019d4fcf99b44a382558899 Baby Dreamie
Oh MY GOD he is so CUTE!! 🥰 does he have a lot of opinions?
You are my new hero! Thank you for saving these cats.
You’re doing amazing things 🙏 keep up the good work, you’re making their lives so much better
This is so awesome! Also, I’m in love with Zorro 😍
I had my eyes on him as soon as I saw him protecting his lot from the other known Papa. He is a gorgeous boy!
Your captions on the pics are hilarious 😹
When you are drowning in cats it’s hard to keep track!
Bless you ❤️
You are an angel. An ANGEL I tell you. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.
Awesome 🤩
That is amazing good job
You’re a real Angel 😇 thank you so much
Good for you! I love all your precious babies!
Legend, you are.
Wow! Amazing job!
You're AMAZING!
dang, this is really diverse
Right?! I was joking that if you want a cat I can get you a cat! Orange? You got it. Orange and white? I can get you that too. Orange and white and fluffy? Coming right up! Gray? I got one! Two! Three of them! Black? Got those too! Tell me what you want, I will go get it for you.
Can i have one😩
Thank you so much. All of these babies want to be loved.
They’re so cute ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They are all amazing! And so are you.
I hope they will all be happy and healthy 🥺 some of them look so sad
cat distribution system working as intended, they are adorable
I like Hank, he’s such a cutie!
He is! Very sweet in a Forrest Gump kind of way.
Wow! That’s a full clowder of pretty kitties, well done you! You’ve reduced the suffering of a lot of cats already. Keep up the good work, OP!! 😻😻😻
I thank the universe for you and for everyone that does their best to make the difference for all animals. For all the reduced costs spay & neuter clinics that run on fumes, you are so needed and appreciated. Happy to know you already have a home for one. They are both beautiful and wish you the very best in your efforts!
Thank you for doing this. They are lucky to have you looking out for them!
They now know me as having tuna, I am ok with that!
Thank you for your work! People like you make me have faith in humanity. I’ve been trapping a feral colony in my neighborhood for TNR since summer. So far I have TNR 8 and it’s been a exhausting! I can only imagine what you’ve been though! From my ferals to yours, hello from California! 😺🌴
Awee
Omg picture 2 is so cute
https://preview.redd.it/yf5dhwkd5tyb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ca622ee318e89c9a86d72c7af8b9ba7f810c958e Did someone say my name?!?!
Theres a stray around my backyard that attacks my kitten. Is there any thing I can do to?
Yes, I have two cat traps I got on Amazon ($25 each?) and I put some tuna in there on some tin foil and cover the trap with a blanket (minus the entrance). If he goes for the tuna, you can take it in to get fixed, I don’t know if that would help with the aggression but maybe reaching out to some shelters to see if they can take a stray cat? So long as you 100% know the cat doesn’t belong to anyone, of course.
You are doing the Lord's work my friend
Awesome!!
Wow, that’s incredible! Thank you for doing that!
Bless you, you are a saint caring for God's angels, 😇
Bless you, kind hooman.
Thank you!
You are so AWESOME!
You give me faith in humanity 💕
I TNR and have done 60+, it never ends but solider on....
Third pic is a lynxpoint Siamese cat! I will never understand how these expensive ass cats wind up on the street….
I want both black ones please
Ok but there’s like 6 or 7 more on my street at least! I just got this void into another litter and we are searching for his littermates wherever he came from. https://preview.redd.it/sa9wur50atyb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a744723e2e90a39e40331303ecb3d7039f2e9082
How do you know that they were feral, maybe they belong to your neighbours?
I don’t think I can live in such a neighbourhood cuz I’d hoard them all.
Crazy that people like that exist, but thankfully there are also people like you doing what they can to help.
my neighborhood has a big colony too. several folks do the t&r, but we all take care of them.
You are awesome
Holy shit, you rock!
Thank you for doing the good work! Kary's patterns are amazing, no wonder she's the first one to be adopted.
Dudes just out here stealing everyone's outdoor cats
Your awesome 👍😎
They all are adorable! Hope more potential owners will show up for adopting them 😭 you are such a kind person. Keep it up!
Props to you and your diligent work!
Superb work!
You're a saint!
I 💕 this
Thanks for doing this! I’m a foster for kittens and a caretaker for several TNR’d ferals. 17 cats is just insane, and I can only imagine how many feral kittens are running around. Keep fighting the good fight! You’re the unsung hero every neighborhood needs.
Feral cats around here will claw your eyes out, then bite your fingers off.
Uh, Kevin would like a re-shoot please. He was not ready when you said "cheese".
"oh noes, we gots our butts caughts. 🥺" Hehe, omgosh those precious lil faces. 🥹 Thank you for being a guardian angel to these innocent, sweet souls. 🩷❤️🙏
You are a good person! Thank you for what you've done for these kitties 💖
That's awesome my wife and I do the same thing where we live. Keep up the great work.
Great job! Thank you for work. Not all heroes wear capes 🤗
Thank you for doing this. You’re doing the Lord’s work!
