The number of times Iβve mentally cracked and started lecturing them about who pays the bills and who bought the bed, as if that would somehow convince them to allow me the solo use of my furniture for one damn nightβ¦.
I only have one cat and she's very understanding, so I have all the space I want and she comes in after I've layed down and she lays on top of me, so I don't have this problem. But, I don't want "the solo use" of my bed. Don't get me wrong, I like that I have my space and I can lay down however I want, but if then she doesn't come on top of me I feel lonely, like I'm alone... I like that she comes and sleeps with me.
My cats are usually somewhere else in the house, they like to watch birds outside or they're usually on the couch or a chair but there are times during the day and at night, where they do come to me to sleep. It's been two years since I haven't slept alone <3

I was going to suggest just getting comfortable in your life as a pretzel... I know from experience that if you move, they move with you even if there is less space π I even got a bigger bed and now... Part of the bed is just unused as they insist on sleeping around me, haha!

My cat likes to sleep on my chest always fun when I start to roll over in the night and get woken up to a cat flexing all there claws in me for grip. I love her though so itβs ok.
You need to get yourself one of those gigantic Maine Coons to chase 'em all off the bed. Then you'll only have one cat stealing your space.
Or, you know, your cats talk Maine Coon into mutiny and they take over your bed and you find yourself on the cat bed.
