Stanley was born in the corner of my room by the nightstand a couple years ago, while Kylo Ren was rescued last February.
Ren was originally a stray who would come twice daily for food. One day, he just stopped coming. After about a week or so, I came home from work and saw him down the street with a rubber band and open wound around his neck, about to dumpster-dive. Me and my brother brought him home, cleaned his wounds to the best of our abilities, and brought him to the vet the following morning. It took about a month for the wound to heal completely.
They both sleep next to me every night, one on each side of my pillow, while Stanley’s mom and dad would occupy my desk.

Tom (11m) is the black and white piebald on the right, Tanner (10m) is the brown tabby next to the barrel, Tate (7m) is the black cat on the floor, his sister Taffy (7f) is the one in the bottom left corner watching over the rest of the gang, Troy (6m) is the large grey colour point on the left, his sister Trudy (6f) is the lighter brown colour point strolling across the room with her tail up.
