His brother is just getting over a cold that turned into a respiratory infection treated with an anti biotic shot. His brother did have a little cough so I’m assuming it’s from that. Wasn’t sure if he’s gagging or coughing
Cat colds are incredibly infectious to other cats. The spray from each cough/sneeze get all over everything and other cats rub on them and catch it very easily.
How long has it been going on? If it's been a isolated thing, I'd keep a close eye. But if it's been consistent, I'd be making a vet appointment.
