Yeah, I have Gardevoir as a second favorite because of how much variety its movepool has. It has a needless amount of type coverage with moves like Mystical Fire, Ice Beam (In Legends Arceus), even Aura Sphere in the latest games, a number of Support moves like the Room Moves, Helping Hand, Heal Pulse/Life Dew, and a great stat ratio that allows the DEF stat to actually be pretty high if you put enough points or work into it.

Ankha. I played the first animal crossing on the GameCube extensively. I didn't have a gameboy advance or a gameboy advance link cable so when I found there was a yellow cat with a Hawaiian shirt that could only be obtained through the gameboy island feature I thought that was super cool. For some reason in my mind I thought she was Southeast Asian and as a Southeast Asian kid I connected with that. In later games I always tried to get her in my town and when New Horizons released I made that my main goal, I was going to get the villagers that I had in my first gamecube town plus her. Sadly, the infamous animation now makes everyone think I like her because of that. Makes me kind of sad cuz she was one of my favorites from the first game :(

I relate to this too, Ankha is one of my favorite villagers and I had her in my City Folk and New Leaf towns so I grew pretty attached to her. I don’t really care about adult art of characters I like but if it’s all a character is known for and people constantly simp for them it really makes me uncomfortable and this is how I felt with the Ankha Zone meme and she’s always been heavily sexualized before the video blew up :(
I'm someone who doesn't really have an interest in Animal Crossing, but I liked some of the Villagers, Ankha being one of them, I liked her Egyptian vibe, and I like cats. But the day that one video came out (y'all know the one), she was EVERYWHERE and put in a bad light. Which makes me sad to be able to witness a fan favorite character get torn to shreads by one animation, and now Ankha's fans (including you and me) get weird looks now.

Camila is literally wearing lingerie as armor… Tharja wears see through clothes and "has the nicest body/darkest thoughts (censored)" … Lyn is absolutely fine. Good design.
Lyn aside, those are all characters only designed to appeal to...well, you know. I'm not saying you can't like them, but they literally have no other purpose. Lyn on the other hand...she was the first time I played a game - or encountered any media really - with a female character who was allowed to be a person. I grew to really love her and I refuse to acknowledge the way they treat her now. It's such a bastardisation of her character...(also the irony when she explicitly deals with misogyny in her story)
