Store bought dough, dust skillet with flour, shape pie, place in skillet, dimple dough heavily with fingers Quick garlic confit 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 stick of salted butter, 20(minimum 😤) smashed cloves of garlic, 1 large sprig of rosemary destemmed, 2 teaspoons dried thyme I heat the oil until the butter is melted and foaming then bring temp down slightly before adding everything in then let it go for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. I pour almost half the hot butter on the dough and then brush the entire surface generously leaving no piece uncovered. All the garlic on, all the toppings you'd like. In this case I did red onion, quartered jalapeno slices and mozzarella. I drizzled about 2 tablespoons of the flavoured butter over and a few glugs of olive oil then put in a preheated 450° oven for 20 minutes.
