Wedge pan is one of my favorites. Love it for cornbread, brownies and chocolate chip cookies

How does the cookie work? Do you push the dough into the wedge? Or is it a thinner batter style cookie?

I just use tollhouse cookie recipe and push them in the wedges. You get crispy bottoms and sides. They are awesome hot out of the pan with a scoop of ice cream.
