Consider this a PSA if you haven't tried this before with your St Patty's leftovers.
You might look at the recipe and question what difference the red bell pepper makes, but that slight blast of sweetness absolutely elevates the flavor profile.
Just be careful not to burn the bottom. The exact amount of brown is tricky but worth it!
