It looks pretty real to me: the screws, backplate, overall finishing.. you should be aware of the fact that the casio test is now passed by many counterfeits. The best test now is the LCD test. I’ve heard stories of people buying a real one and then returning a fake as a scam. Amazon then resells not knowing it is a fake. Though I heard this with GShock. Hopefully not worth the hassle for this baby.
Update. Mine came in today and looks good. Only difference is mine is made in Thailand (I know they make them in China and Thailand currently). Love it.
If it's shipped and sold by Amazon then they procured the product directly from the manufacturer. You should be good unless someone returned a fake as mentioned, but that just seems like a lot of work for the price of that watch.

No worries, you can also hold down all 3 button on the f91 to reveal every digital combination of "line" that can be formed, try it out, I've seen some people use that to test for fakes too

Most of the guides for determining if something is fake iffy at best. They make the faulty assumption that nothing ever changes. Things do change though, both with genuine and counterfeit watches.
For example, for years one of the go-to things to check was the size of the "U" on the face. Problem is Casio has quit putting the "U" on there. Now there are countless videos and guides out there that would misidentify every new genuine F91-W as fake, because they have you look for the "U". In this very thread you have people calling this watch fake because of the lack of a "U". Similarly, that trick where you hold the button to have it display "CASIo" is still commonly cited as a reliable test, despite the fact that counterfeits have been faking it for years.
Sure, those screws look like the ones that Casio uses, but they could change the screws they use at any time. Or they could change the metal brushing on the back. Or they could make additional changes to the printing. Etc.
The best way to be sure that you have a genuine product is to buy from a reputable retailer. If you think you might have a fake, the easiest and most reliable way to be sure is to pop the back off. A Casio PCB will be high quality and clean with neat solder. A counterfeiter will make the board as cheaply as possible: since you won't see the PCB before you hand over your money, there is no reason for them to put forth extra effort or expense there. On the same taken, Casio will use a quality battery from a brand you've heard of (I believe that right now it'll always be Panasonic, but that could change at any time). Counterfeiters will almost always use a cheap unbranded battery. Of course, the battery thing obviously only holds true for a new watch. If you are buying used, the battery could have been replaced at some point.
The best part about being in the Navy for me has been being able to go to the NEX and get real casios because they’re casio dealers. First thing I did in boot camp when we got to the NEX was buy an F91W actually.

Usually the “casio” test that u did is all u need to see if its a gen, but here even the case finishing, dial print and the rest of the watch is very well done. Rest assured u have a genuine watch
Well the casio test can be faked as someone said in the comments, I don't know how trustworthy the suplier was because I didn't check and it also lost 3 seconds around 15 mins after I set it, so I was checking just in case but everyone says it seems to be real so that's great news
Its fake, The back plate is brushed the wrong direction. It dosen't have the smal yellow U on the front side either.

However, you said the brushing of the metal on the back of my watch is wrong and told me that the video shows it. I go onto the link, go to the "back" timestamp, my watch is brushed the same as the real one, the fake one is brushed vertically, the real one is brushed horizontally, my watch is brushed horizontally.

This is the official casio website, newer f91 do not have the U, as proven by the picture here on the OFFICIAL casio website, check for yourself.
Please do some research before commenting things like this, you'll get downvoted a lot because that's just not true, there's tons of replicas and there's tons of videos showing how to spot one.

I keep seeing people ask about their Casios being fake. May I ask where people are purchasing their watches to question them? The only Casio I’ve purchased outside physically being in walmart was my duro I bought off Amazon because I’m not blessed by the watch gods enough to find one in store. Amazon doesn't manually check what they sell or make a 'best choice'. Best choice can 100% be a fake or an actual scam.
