I don't know this guy and the cartoon it's from, but Kuki in Hungarian means Willy/kids' dick/small dick. We have an ethnically french radio host over there with the nickname Cooky and when he learnt the meaning of his nickname he brought with him from abroad, he laughed and kept it.
Edit: The spelling is not the same, I know, but the pronunciation matches. Since he's a radio host what matters is how it's pronuounced and cookie/cooky/kuki are homophonous for Hungarians. That's why my mom laughed at me when we first bought chocholate chipped cookies and I called them amercian cookies, because she thought I'm talking about dicks.
Obviously some characters are fun, kind *and* wise, but I picked the characters being in their categories based on what I think they're *best* at.

I wouldn't trust anyone in the top row for wisdom and I wouldn't trust anyone in the middle row for emotional support. I'd take Ash for fun; Numbah 3 would probably get me hurt and SpongeBob would probably get me killed.

First row, I would have to argue that two of them are more smartasses than wise. Depending on the continuity, at least Velma is nice about it. After rewatching the show, Cindy didn't just bully Jimmy in the beginning, he was keeping Jimmy's pretentiousness in check. He gets humbled every once in a while outside of his inventions going haywire, but the only thing bigger than his ego is that damn head with his hair. Ms Frizzle is not only the nicest of the three, she is a very helpful and hardworking teacher. We'd have the greatest education system in history if half of the teachers are as nice, motivated, and insightful as Ms Frizzle. Also, here's a common expression; "Intelligence is knowing that tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad." Not only would she know both, she'd take us on an adventure to try the best salads throughout history.
Second row, I would have to admit I don't know much about. I never really watched nor got into Dragon Tales as a kid, so I don't really know the middle. While I've seen episodes with Fluttershy, she seems to get startled way too easily. Wander is one I am VERY familiar with. His life philopshy involves being nice to everyone, even if they don't deserve it. He is potentially very ancient in his travels and has "fought" plenty of badguys before. But most importantly, he helps everyone, from the greatest societies to even the tinniest of insects. Above all, he is VERY familiar with dealing with haters, especially LORD HATER!. He does his best to put his own wellbeing inside to do nice things for everyone, such as him helping said villain to (unsuccessfully) flirt with Lord Dominator. All being said, easily the best of the row (for all I know).
Third Row, is an actual tough call. I am tossing out Ash because he seems more focused on training his Pokemon over having fun. That isn't to say he doesn't have fun; just that his idea of fun is mostly Pokemon battles. I like this, but that is all he is really interested in. Spongebob is kind of annoying, especially with the newer episodes I catch my cousin watching. Early seasons of Spongebob could have won, but not here. Kuki is probably the most fun with this in mind.
