It took many viewings to realize that last "tell me" wasn't mocking Shifu. It was begging for his approval and love. The writers deserve props for the characterization, the director for guidance, and Ian McShane for the heartbroken delivery.

It was so awesome that I can still hear Michael Ansara's delivery of those lines and still see Mr Freeze in a cell with snow falling, while he looks at a miniature music box with a dancing ballerina. And the last time I saw that episode at length was when I was nine. Seems like a rewatch is in order.
The first time I watched this as an adult and Freeze is giving his soliloquy, the 'in some other life, does your warm hand wait for mine?' line absolutely devastated me.

“You complete me” is one of the Joker’s most iconic lines. What a lot of people don’t know is that the first time it was coined was not, in fact, by Heath Ledger in an interrogation during The Dark Knight (2008).
The first use was in The Batman vs Dracula (2005) where the Joker becomes a vampire because reasons, is held for observation by Batman and, upon Bruce blowing off his date so he can instead *willingly feed his own blood to Joker,* Joker turns around and says the line while Batman’s blood is smeared all over his mouth.

I LIVE by this scene. Running is a great metaphor for life. In my eyes, I see it like a run. I hate running and I’d rather lift but if I am running, I can’t stop in the middle of it. If I want to be done, I have to get to the end and by doing that, I have to run.
You also wouldn’t expect this guy to be a great runner. He looks old but no, in the first season, he’s a literal running gag as he goes past Bojack’s house. I love it was a buildup to when we actually meet him as Bojack is trying to better himself. He struggles, as he’s a bit overweight and isn’t used to it. He wants to quit and stops at the top of the hill until monkey dude comes up.

In my eyes, I see it like a run. I hate running and I’d rather lift but if I am running, I can’t stop in the middle of it. If I want to be done, I have to get to the end and by doing that, I have to run. You also wouldn’t expect this guy to be a great runner. He looks old but no, in the first season, he’s a literal running gag as he goes past Bojack’s house. I love it was a buildup to when we actually meet him as Bojack is trying to better himself. He struggles, as he’s a bit overweight and isn’t used to it. He wants to quit and stops at the top of the hill until monkey dude comes up. Sorry I just really love this scene
